I was informed that this place has had vegan options. Ordered the vegan ramen. When the order came out it had an egg and egg noodles. I informed the server that I couldn't have any type of egg, as I am severely allergic to eggs. The server informed the cook and he was to make a new soup. When it came out after 2 minutes, I asked the server to ensure that there wasn't any egg products. She informed me that the cook informed her that he had poured out the broth and washed out the vegetables, poured new broth over the same vegetables and egg noodles. I immediately informed the server that I am deathly allergic to egg and to cancel the order. The cook was obviously not concerned about the fact that someone has severe food allergies at this restaurant. The server tried to explain to the cook how important it is to not rinse out food that may have allergens that someone is allergic to. I am writing this to help another person understand that this restaurant is not concerned about people who have severe food allergies. Eat here with...

Moved here from Los Angeles and I was looking for a new ramen place in El Paso and I have found it. I ordered the Miso Ramen, undoubtedly delicious and has such a hearty broth. It’s all prepared with care and attention to detail as seen by the presentation of the bowl when it’s brought to your table. Rich broth, noodles cooked perfectly, and fresh ingredients. Definitely satisfying your cravings and leave you craving for more. Orange chicken is made to order and is fried in a Japanese traditional way.

Read moreWent to eat with friend, who made server aware of her extreme allergy to eggs and egg products and ordered accordingly. When the ramen came out it had boiled egg as part of ramen. Server was informed but was back with a “new” soup within 2 minutes. We asked server if it was a whole new ramen as egg might’ve contaminated other ingredients. She said that the cook just removed the eggs, drained the broth and added new broth. We sent it back, out of fear for an anaphylactic reaction as my friend did not have her Epi pens available. After informing the waitress of the severe food allergy she further said that the noodles were also made of egg and they did not have rice noodles available as a vegan option. It’s important people be very cautious when having a food allergy and eating at this establishment. Has my friend ate the ramen, she could’ve died, or has a very severe or anaphylactic reaction to her dinner, due to the carelessness and non disclosure of the...
