Me, my husband, and children Came to Wendy's tonight because I didn't want to cook. I came to this place thinking that this service was going to be fast, wonderful and with quality food, made with love.. Shortly after ordering my food i was parked, and I waited for approximately 15 minutes for my food to be done. I received the food and halfway down the road from home I check the fries, which I stay literally on base 5 minutes away from this place. I checked the food and the food was very dissatisfying my fries were cold, kind of stale and yet I was parked and waited for 15 minutes for my order. After taking my French fries back, I asked nicely for my fries and nuggets to be remade fresh, my nuggets also taste not so pleasant.. I took a bite into my Combo Number 8 Spicy Asiago Ranch sandwich and the sandwich its self was not quality to the dollar that I spent for it, I've had an Asiago Ranch before and it tasted nothing like this sandwich..it was like it needed to be cooked with better quality. After me checking my bag once more I discovered that I have two packs of crackers for one small size chili, I then asked the manager that was on shift tonight to please bring me a little more extra crackers, he brought me out at least 20 extra crackers for a small size chili which no complaints about the chili the chili itself was great but my overall experience with Wendy's tonight was horrible...I spent$23 and some change $20 to be exact because we're military and we had a discount. I do appreciate the customer service even though it was a little rushed. I honestly feel like the food itself could have been extremely better, I work for Wendy's before and I do understand that quality is always the key. I hope my feedback doesn't disturb anyone or hope it doesn't take a toll on the actual restaurant.. but I feel as if customers, the quality of the food, and the dollar that the customer spent should be...
Read moreWhere to begin? Well, I was disappointed in the fact that I placed a mobile order that said my order would be completed within a 5 minute window. HOWEVER, my order took in total 35 minutes to complete. The customer service was absolutely terrible. I had been standing in the line of customers for approximately 25 minutes before someone decided to help me and majority of the time the individual who is suppose to be at the counter in the front was not present. There was only one person in front of me, and a few individuals behind me. After my order was taken (or should I say, I showed them my mobile order) it was still not complete! In fact, not even my drinks were made yet either. I was extremely disappointed in the performance of the quality and service done for me today. I tried to give them to benefit of the doubt that perhaps they were understaffed and focusing on the drive-thru.... but as I left with my order I only saw one car in the drive thru.
Not to mention the lack of employee protocol when it comes to cleanliness and uniforms. The employees do not wear hairnets, wear jewelry, and lack gloves during her pandemic. On top of that, a lot of the female workers have long hair... my fear was that the hair would get...
Read moreWe had ordered a breakfast mobile about 15 mins before we got there, and we unknowingly skipped the intercom and went up the window instead to get out order. There also were no costumers neither in the restaurant or in the drive thru, and yet when we pulled up the window it looked like no one was even working there, we were even questioning if it was open. We waited there for like a good 5 mins until finally an older lady came up to the window and right away snapped at us for not going up the the intercom instead of greeting us. We apologized for not knowing that we had to announce our mobile order and she just told us to move to the front and took care of the car that was now behind us first and took another 20 mins to bring us out our simple breakfast order. the whole staff was very rude and dismissive for no reason even after we apologized.
