Went through the drive thru yesterday. Asked for regular ketchup and mustard on the side and plastic utensils. Asked to pull up after paying at the window, which is no problem. Employee brings my order and walks away immediately before I can check the order. Need to add I went through the drive thru because I am handicapped and have to walk with a cane, getting in and out of the car is difficult for me and takes a lot of time. When looking through my order no ketchup no plastic ware. I did have the mustard. I make my way out of my car and walk inside and notice an employee at one of the tables, I'm pretty sure it was the District manager because he was wearing what I would call an upper management shirt. Told him what happened and I told him I did not receive the ketchup or plastic ware. He apologized and asked spicy or regular ketchup and I said regular. He gave me the items in a bag and even threw in an apple pie which was very nice of him. I get to my hotel room and pulled everything out and the District manager gave me spicy ketchup instead of regular 😑. Very disappointing and ended up not eating my fries because I really enjoy ketchup with my fries. Looking at my receipt it even shows plastic ware, mustard and regular ketchup on my order. Need to slow down and pay attention to details on customers orders. After experiencing the District manager still giving me the wrong ketchup I understand why this store doesn't pay attention to details on an order, it is leader led behavior. Have...

From the moment I walked in, Cesar greeted me with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude that immediately made me feel valued as a customer. Cold, so I tell her my coffee is cold and she says OH DID U WANT IT WARMER, I was like well I'd like it Hot like Coffee.
