Excellent overall experience. Beautifully, and skillfully decorated inside. Clear consideration and attention to detail in the hospitality provided. Friendly staff and patrons as well - a very welcoming atmosphere.

I booked the day before without issue; a deposit of $5 is required per person to reserve the table and this can be done online, though I did call to inquire. My sister, my 5-year-old niece, and I visited for the last seating of the day.

Upon arrival, we picked out fancy hats to wear during tea time, we took a picture, and then we were sat in the pink parlor room. The décor was very tasteful, well thought out, and engaging. My niece especially liked the fairy doors throughout the house.

We each had our own pot - two different teas and a hot chocolate (with extra marshmallows!) Both teas were exceptional - I did not taste the hot chocolate but my niece loved it.

A set menu of tea snacks was offered, and all were very tasty. Special thought was put into making the food accessible to kids, which I appreciated as my niece is typically pretty picky and will avoid unfamiliar foods - she tried several things and I was...

My mother-in-law brought me here for my birthday and needless to say, we're coming back with ten more people after our first visit. I haven't felt that special celebrating my birthday since I was a child. The employees are so kind, considerate, and accommodating, each and every one of them and the owner is such a delight that it just feels right giving them the business. She has amazing taste in every way too: food, fashion (there's a gift shop), decor, etc. I love this place and everything about it. It was both an exciting and relaxing experience. I forgot about all my worries and stress while I was here. The experience was truly therapeutic and so was the food and tea to my taste buds. Lol! (I am vegetarian as well).
