This is the slowest and most ghetto Taco Bell ever! I don't know who owns it but they must not care much about it! During lunch time and around 6-10 they are so slow! You will spend about 20-30 mins in the drive-thru waiting on your food! I imagine theres only like one guy back there cooking! When you are sitting at the window waiting it seems like 3-4 people are just standing around doing nothing! As to the ghetto-est, sometimes you will drive up to the menu, and there will be a sheet of paper that says we dont have chicken, rice, steak, cheese, or something that like everything in the menu has in it!!! They have mixed up my order so many times! The size of burritos and tacos vary depending on when you go! Sometimes the burrito will be slam full of deliciousness, and other times there will be more tortilla then filling! It is so retarded, i dont understand???????? Half of the time they wil give you bathroom hand towels because they ran out of napkins! Let me put it this way, if another taco bell opened by Walmart that was just slightly better, i would drive the extra 6-8 miles out of my way, then ever go to the taco bell in town!!! Read moreUpdate: Mistakenly I gave this location another shot. Big shock, they managed to screw it up...again, as always. Items I wanted to order were "out of stock" like always because the managers clearly don't know how to order or manage inventory & items were forgotten in our order. Its clear the owner & staff alike just dont care. The owner deserves their franchise license be pulled at this point.
I'm officially done eating at this location. You get 1 good visit for every 6 trash ones. Inventory is poorly done so things are commonly out of stock. Tonight was the last straw though. The woman running the drive thru got into an argument with another employee who walked out. While arguing they let food & customers back up. I watched my food sit on the counter for 15+ minutes & no one opened the window to take payment. Instead another employee put on a headset & began taking another order while my food & the two cars behind mes food & pineapple freeze sat getting cold or melting. Totally unacceptable. The owner needs to get this location under control. It should not take over 30 minutes for someone to go through a drive-thru and still not get their food. Read moreFood was sub-par. Customer service was horrible. I was literally about to grab the handle to open the door and walk inside when an employee rushed to the door to lock it. Which, was ok, as the drive thru was still open. So, we decided to go through the drive thru. I literally grew a full beard waiting to get to the order screen. Once there, I was asked three times to repeat the very first thing I ordered. I couldn't even get to the second thing for being asked about the first item. Speaker was functioning properly. It was functioning so well that you could here the employees laughing and joking while trying to take an order. Normally, I wouldn't mind that so much...after all, they're teenagers right? But, after the third time, I surprisingly stayed calm and ordered our food. Four score and 7 years later, when I got to the window, I was greeted by said jokesters who worked there and was given my food promptly. But, what a joke. Perhaps there was no manager on duty. Or, the manager was as worthless as the employees at that time of night. But, at least they got the order right.
