DO NOT USE!!! I reserved Danny's Soft Serve a month in advance for a 75-person party. Danny gave me a contract, which I promptly signed and returned. I then re-confirmed my reservation with Danny one week before the party.

Despite all of this, Danny did not show up. The dessert portion of my 75-person party was ruined. I tried calling and emailing Danny but did not get an answer until 4 hours after the party when Danny unapologetically emailed me saying that he forgot to tell the driver he had to be at my house and that it was a crazy weekend.

Danny's Soft Serve is clearly not equipped to handle reservations in advance! Do not rely on him for your party! Needless to say, I had many very disappointed...

I just used Danny's services for my husbands birthday party in a park as a surprise to him and our guests and I'm VERY pleased! From the fast response to my quote request from Danny himself, his constant communication in answering all my questions to the gentleman who took care of us the day of, I'm a happy customer! The ice cream was fresh and delicious, gave generous amount of ice cream on nice sized waffle cones, truck arrived a few mins early and was very clean, he wore gloves and mask the entire time, gave extra napkins if needed and even took some small trash from our guests.
