Fast Service & Fresh Donuts, But Could Use a Quick Tidy-Up

Stopped by for a quick treat and was really happy with the service — fast, friendly, and efficient, just how it should be! I ordered a mango refresher and it was delicious — super refreshing and clearly made with care. I also grabbed a donut, which was fresh and tasty. They have a great variety to choose from, so there’s something for everyone. Coffee lovers, you’re covered too!

The only downside was the cleanliness inside. A few tables still had wrappers and receipts on them, and with the number of staff working, I expected the dining area to be a bit more maintained. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something that could improve the overall experience.

Still, I’d come back for the service...

I ordered half dozen of donuts, she was carrying a dozen box, I corrected. We sat there and started to eat. The donut supposed to be boston cream was with jelly covered with chocolate and I kindly asked to change the ones we haven't touched yet. The girl said she gave them because "I" pointed! The day before was mother's day and thought they shifted to heart shaped ones like the Valentines Day. It might be my mistake but I said "Boston Cream". And should I memorize all the product range? Anyway... she changed incorrect "never touched" 3 donuts with an attitude without an eye contact or a word! It is the first time that I am seeing such rude staff in a Dunkin Donuts! I don't recommend this store and will never go...

I don’t like giving bad reviews because my thing is uplifting businesses, but this location is just flat out not good. The person in front of me returned and asked for a refund because his drink was terrible so that should’ve warned me. They got my order wrong and although they corrected it, when I finally got to my car to eat my food, it was inedible. I ordered a plain bagel with butter as usual and it was stale, over toasted, and I could not bite into it. Like at all. My coffee was okay but they had to redo it as it was not what I had ordered. My daughters drink was so bad too. Sad that I found a Dunkin I didn’t...
