McDonald's — Restaurant in Elizabeth

This mcdonalds is a hit or miss at times. However there's one employee that was flat out disrespectful, She's an old lady with dark hair and round black glasses, I don't know her name. I know fast food is a difficult industry, but no need to be a jerk when I'm trying to explain the mistake the old lady made.

It was the morning and I ordered my food on the app for table service and normally it would take roughly five minutes to complete my order and delivery it to the table, but for some reason it took more than 10 minutes even though there was barely any customers and I ordered three things on the menu. I went to the cashier to find out what's going on with the order and it turns out my food was ready a while ago and was near a coffee machine. My order number wasn't called either so I had no way to know if my order was ready. I know old lady prepared my food because I saw her prepare other people food too. I told her that the receipt says table service, but for some reason the old lady gave attitude. I wasn't sure if it was a language barrier, but that's unprofessional of her.

Overall this mcdonalds is okay at times, but when the Old lady with dark hair and glasses is there in the morning or whatever shift she's on don't expect decent customer service.

I know the store manager won't read this because I doubt they actually give a damn, but that's almost every mcdonalds. So if you're reading this, teach that old lady how table service works because I know she'll continue to ignore mobile order call out and table...

Completely renovated. Looks new. Used to smell like I’m not sure what but now it’s clean and fresh. It’s small but packed…on a Saturday night especially. I have never seen that many cars pass through this Macdonald’s. The new renovation has definitely improved things. I have never been tempted to go to the old one even though I’ve lived around the corner for 9 years…but I’ve been to this newly renovated one 3 times in as many weeks. My neighbor works there! Btw, the only reason I give it 3 stars is because it’s — well, only a MacDonald’s. Amongst the MacDonald’s of America, it’s a 4-star rating. Why only 4-Stars? Due to its size. It’s a teensy one compared to others. But very conveniently located along a very busy highway.

Since I’m talking about Macdonald’s, I’ll say one thing. I stopped going to the big M over a decade ago. I only started going again because of their app. Of all the restaurant apps I have, I have to admit, big M has the best damn app. Super easy to use, generous with points and rewards. They definitely know how to hook one to big M—their mobile app! Good job, big M.

P.S. on a Saturday night, I would recommend ordering ahead of time and then relax at home or in your car. Spoke to one UberEats driver, he was waiting forever in the store. He said he was tempted to walk to the kitchen and cook his...

This is pathetic. The guy at the window gave my order to the people in front of me, who then proceeded to rummage through the bag, then they give it back. I pull up and he tries to hand me the same bag these people just rummaged through. I told him, I don’t want that, they were going through it. He tells the woman behind him and she looks at me like I’m crazy. Instead of throwing the bag in the trash next to her, she walks around the corner with it and puts it in a new bag and then hands it to me. I knew she just switched bags because there’s no way they remade my sandwich in 10 seconds(Bacon Double QP).

I worked at McDonald’s as a teen and it was policy back then to throw away food(or let the recipient keep it) once a wrong order was given out. I can’t believe they even had to be told I didn’t want it in this era of Covid and other highly communicable diseases.

Take the time to train your employees better and don’t have team leads/shift managers who can’t comprehend basic hygiene practices. It wasn’t the kid at the windows fault as he genuinely looked unsure(probably due to poor training) and to his credit he remade my drink. The woman he addressed however should probably be remanded to clean up duty until she understands hygiene and sanitation...
