I had to go in to work to meet with the 11-7 crew at the start of their shift last night, 12/4/2017. Afterwards, as I was driving home I was hungry and decided that I wanted to try Burger King, as I've been seeing a lot of their advertising lately (haven't been there in a while). So, I made the detour and saw that the sign was lit up and the lights were still on inside so I pulled in and proceeded to the drive through. There was one car there and he was placing an order-he had a Florida plate, by the way.... and either he, or the person taking the order were taking their time about it. When he was finally finished, after what seemed like several minutes, I proceeded to the ordering queue. Just as I arrived at the speaker/microphone, I was told "Sorry, that was our last order for the night. We are closed." I said nothing and pulled away, but as I did, I looked at my watch, which is a Casio G-Shock that synchronizes with the atomic clock in Fort Collins, CO. I tell you this only to let you know that when I say it was 11:57 when she told they were closed that I know this was the true time. I get it. Businesses need to close, but if they close at midnight, I was there in time. Also, it wasn't like there was a big, long line behind me. I was the only other customer, (or potential customer) there. So, I left hungry and with a not so favorable impression of Burger King. On the positive side, I did see that there is a Culver's going in across the street. Hold the pickles, hold the lettuce, special orders don't upset us... unless you show up too close to...
Read moreIf I had the choice to give them no stars I WOULD HAVE!! This place just opened up from a remodel. We have now been there twice and WILL NOT GO BACK AGAIN. The workers attitudes there are nothing short of nasty and terrible. We ordered for a family of four, they handed us one drink said have a good day and slammed the window! We sat there for over 5 mins before anyone would even acknowledge we were still there. We asked for our other 3 drinks and got three half filled cups. This time my husband had to repeat order multiple times. When asked what he wanted to drink he responded with coke and he got a nasty response " we don't have coke. " When he asked what they had to drink all you could hear was huffing and puffing in the microphone because she didn't want to tell him what was available. The lady who took his card so he could pay was rude to him. The girls giving him the food were rude and nasty and the food was cold and gross!!!! I understand working in fast food might not be the best job in the world but there was no reason we should have had two experiences like that in just a short time. Plus, they've been shut down for weeks!!! They will NEVER get my business again and I'll make sure to let everyone I know about what happened. Get it together Burger King. It used to be a good...
Read moreI've been a regular customers to this location for many years and when I order the single or the double whopper I ALWAYS order it the exact same way in having it customized. Yet somehow either the cashier taking the order or the person make the sandwich mess it up somehow 8 out of 10 times.
When I take it up and it's the cashier mistake she'll argue that it's my fault...it's what I asked for.
I told the lady whom I believe to being one of the managers she ALWAYS just gives me a look as if I should just except and eat the mistake. Her expression is always of that being upset with me when it got to the point I felt I had to telling her you're well aware by now that I always get my whoppers customized the exactly same way and to hear the employee say it's what I asked for or her (the manager) just having the poor negative attitude about sending the sandwich back.
I suppose I could just take the mistake off, but that's not the point. When one places an order the customer has a reasonable expectation that their order will be right. But for them to get upset with me is unprofessional and unacceptable. And yet they expect that $15 pay hicks I hear about...
