Last few months I've been coming I've noticed the quality dropping drastically. The staff don't seem like chick fil a staff. they aren't as friendly, no smiles, and its obvious they want to be anywhere but here helping me with my order. I was very disappointed with the cherry berry sprite. I wasn't told it was an additional charge until i read my receipt after leaving. i told them i wanted it large and they say okay, i get to the window and the guy hands me a drink that i in a medium size iced coffee cup. i tell him it's suppose to be a large and the response i got that time was "bro they are all the same size". 1.) its crazy to charge an additional almost full dollar for a smaller drink. 2.) it tasted horrible and very watered down. 3.) why in the world are they serving it to me in a thin little plastic ice coffee cup. I want my drink in Styrofoam like every other soft drink and tea/lemonade they serve so the ice don't melt, it stays cold, and doesn't get that water down taste. Next, My fries are always cold and each time the amount of fries i get decreases even tho i always order a large. today for instance, i ordered my large fry (which is an additional charge i remind you) and it was only filled 3/4 the way up the container. i looked in the bag with disbelieve thinking they had to have fallen out but nope. once again, i leave this chick fil a unsatisfied, frustrated, and with feeling of being cheated. I'm going to be on the hunt for a new favorite eating spot...
Read moreHad the maple pepper bacon grilled chicken and substituted mac and cheese for the fries. Asked what the meal cost and was told $ 11 and change but was charged $ 12.25. Of course the substitution of mac and cheese for fries was an extra $ 1.64 which i expected. The mac and cheese is the best and was worth the upcharge. It has real creamy cheese browned as well. The chicken itself was good but on the thin side. The lettuce was one thin wilted piece and was mostly a distraction. It added no flavor or texture. The maple pepper bacon was good but the pepper added nothing to the flavor and had no flavor at all...just slightly burned my tongue. Pepper should add flavor not just heat. There was a distinct maple flavor which i liked. The bun to me was ok but too heavy. It was good for gripping the sandwich and didnt fall apart but i like tasting the bread not just using it as a tool. Overall despite being misquoted on the cost the meal was ok but just ok. Oh, forgot....no one offered a refill on the drink. Basically the sandwich does not justify the hype. But usually they dont. I could design...
Read moreI’ve been coming to this Chick-fil-A since they opened and I’m definitely a regular. Overall, the service is always excellent, but my last visit was a little off. When I pulled in, there were a bunch of cops arresting some guy right out front, which definitely set a weird tone. I went through the drive-thru and the kid taking my order seemed like he was in a bad mood—no “my pleasure,” no asking if we wanted any sauces, just kind of cold. Honestly, I was half-expecting the Chick-fil-A police to come for him next. But once I got past that part, everything was smooth—I got my food, headed home, and it was all good. I’ll definitely be back, just hoping the vibes are...
