Arby's — Restaurant in Elk Grove Township

The only reason I gave two stars was because the cashier was nice and polite let's just say when you ask them if it's still okay to dine in and they start sweeping around you with all the dust particles flying in the air it doesn't make the best dining experience. I understand they want to leave as soon as it hits 10 but at the same time please be courteous that other people are eating and when you ask politely can you hold off till we just finished our meal for 10 minutes it shouldn't be a debate on top of that I'm glad I checked my food ordered to go before heading out. one of my sandwiches was missing half of the bread how in the world do you do that? I don't like to give bad reviews but this location had someone working the speaker who just couldn't understand English. It took a solid 5 minutes to complete the order. 5 more to get to the window, and the guy who took the credit card spoke perfect English. Check in the parking lot and the order was totally wrong. Doors were locked because of the time and the line was wrapping around the building. I'm not sure if the girl didn't understand anything i said, or if I got someone else's order. I wasn't waiting another 20 minutes to get back to the window. Food was good, workers were nice... but time waiting and getting a full on order wrong...

The food is really good compared to other fast food, and they offer many unique items to choose from. The fact I can get a decent food was very fulfillment. Got the deluxe wagyu steakhouse burger. It was tasty burger and everything comes fresh at possible, but you get what you pay for and you get good quality tasty food for affordable price. What I loved the most is their curly fries. The service was quick and accurate staff was very nice too. No complains at this Arby’s. Give Arby’s a visit if you haven’t been there in a while.
