I probably will not ever go again. I go normally 2-3 times a week, i love most of the rolls even though they are now over priced... c'mon $3.25 for 2 small rolls!!!! Tonight completely made me cringe, arrived at 8:10 pm kitchen closes at 8;45...they are supposedly open till 9 pm.. yeah right. me and my party member were waiting on a table, no number, nothing. 2 tables opened in the back and we were still sitting there waiting. finally 2 people left from the bar and the finally allowed us to sit..,time is not 8:25 pm..20 minutes until kitchen closes. we ordered a few things from the kitchen even a to-go order for a friend who couldn't join us. The waitress was so pushy we felt smothered, she stood behind us as if to say we weren't welcome!!by the time we finish its about 8:40 ..keep in mind some of the things we ordered from the kitchen were still not at our table and we were asking her where they are at and she promptly apologized and then got what we ordered. at 8;50 pm she begged us to take our final plates so she could count them!! Can I relax and eat please!!!!!!! I then ask her if i could order desert and she says oh final call was at 8;45 pm.. normally they come around and tell you that last call will be soon and ask if you would anything else from the kitchen.. we never were told a thing! At 8:55 or so the waitress comes back and says. i need your payment now register closes at 8:55 pm... I'm now currently staggering looking for my debt card which i misplaced at home somewhere and they are begging me to pay mind you i'm frantic because I believed I lost my card.. the lady was like to my party member telling him to pay which dinner was my treat or for to him to call and have someone come because they need payment asap. he barely had enough to cover! on top of that they were trying to ask for a tip! The hostess pointed to the sign notifying us the kitchen closes at 1:45 (we are regulars so we already knew this and were fine with it) and she tells us if we don't see what we want on the belt, we can order it from the server. The sign also reads that we are welcome to stay and enjoy our meals after the kitchen closes. We were immediately seated and the server comes up to take our drink order. By the time she was back with our drinks, we were ready to tell her what we wanted (the belt was almost completely empty except for old items that obviously nobody wanted). We placed our order with her and then she told us we could only get 6 piece plates because we were "ordering" (instead of the 4 piece plates that are usually on the belt). Then she told us it was "last call" and we needed to order everything we wanted right away (it was 1:40) we pointed out that we still had until 1:45 to order and she said "I'll come back in 2 minutes" - she didn't. Ordering off the menu is more expensive and the "lunch specials" apparently no longer apply even though it was still their lunch service. What should have been a fun experience was rushed and tense. What really topped things off was when the gentleman (with a different server) received his food after the kitchen closed and was getting attentive service from his server. Read moreI have been coming here for many many years. The food has always been great and so has the customer service. I moved to the city and decided to order for pickup during the pandemic. Worst idea ever and waste of my time. This has to be the worst curbside experience during this time. I stood in line for an hour (mind you they said my order would be ready by 6:30pm) and I called them while in line to ask about my order and the girl told me it would be another 30 minutes because they hadn't made my food yet and they were backed up. I told her that I drove all the way from the city and paid online with the 6:30pm option and she was like well we could cancel it. Then the phone hung up. She didn't call back and because I was almost next in line, I decided to talk to them in person. When I asked, they said they cancelled my order and that I had told the girl I wanted it cancelled. She never called to confirm I was cancelling the order, I told her I was in line, so I'm not sure how she assumed I cancelled it. Needless to say, they never apologized. All they said it is mother's day. Then why tell people their food will be ready at a certain time and still have them wait another 45minutes to an hour for the food. People kept cutting in line to ask about their food. The whole experience was horrible and disorganized. Most restaurant you pay online and curbside for contactless experience.
