Pita Pita Mediterranean Grill offers an experience that feels both comfortingly homemade and vibrantly fresh—a rare combination that sets it apart from typical casual dining spots. Their shawarma wrap and mixed meat plate are the heart of what makes Pita Pita truly exceptional. Each dish bursts with the warmth and aroma of authentic Mediterranean cooking, where spices, freshness, and balance come together perfectly.
The shawarma wrap is a masterpiece of flavor and texture. Tender slices of marinated meat—whether chicken, beef, or lamb—are slow-roasted on a vertical spit until they reach that perfect edge of crispness on the outside while staying juicy within. Wrapped in soft, pillowy pita bread, the shawarma is layered with creamy garlic sauce, cool lettuce, ripe tomatoes, pickles, and onions, creating a satisfying contrast in every bite. The smoky, spiced aroma and the rich, garlicky tang make it impossible not to savor slowly. It’s warm, flavorful, and deeply comforting—like a Mediterranean hug in handheld form.
The mixed meat plate is where Pita Pita truly shines as a showcase of variety and craftsmanship. Served generously, it typically includes a combination of chicken shawarma, beef shawarma, and tender lamb or gyro slices—each cooked with precision and seasoned to perfection. The plate is balanced with fluffy, fragrant rice or warm pita, a crisp side salad, and a generous scoop of creamy hummus or baba ghanoush. The meats complement each other beautifully: the chicken offering bright, citrusy notes; the beef rich and savory; the lamb slightly smoky and spiced just right. Drizzle some of their house-made garlic or tahini sauce on top, and it becomes a symphony of Mediterranean comfort food.
Every meal at Pita Pita feels freshly prepared with care—nothing rushed, nothing processed. The ingredients taste real and vibrant, the portions are generous, and the presentation is thoughtful. The restaurant atmosphere often mirrors the food: warm, welcoming, and infused with the aroma of grilled meats and fresh herbs.
Whether you’re sitting down for the full plate or grabbing a shawarma wrap to go, Pita Pita Mediterranean Grill delivers an experience that’s both deeply satisfying and refreshingly wholesome. It’s a reminder that great food doesn’t have to be complicated—it just has to be made with care, tradition, and flavor that...
Read moreWon’t be ordering from here any longer as they can’t seem to get a delivery correct. Not only was the items in my delivery incorrect, when I called back to ask what happened to the drink from my order the person on the phone could not hear anything with the amount of noise and screaming in the background of the phone. I repeatedly asked him since he couldn’t hear, what happened to the canned drink from my order and why my order wasn’t audited before going out. Finally after countless times he was able to hear my question, however the response he gave me was my Uber driver was supposed to fill up my drink at their order station. Fill up my drink? I asked for a can of Coke? Way to shift blame to the outside company for your mistakes. It should have been put inside the bag that my delivery was in. When asked why it wasn’t audited before going out he blatantly told me we don’t audit our deliveries before sending them out but thanks for telling me how to do my job. Unbelievable customer service. Not only attempting to shift blame to the outsourced driver but not even accepting the responsibility and attempting to reconcile for the mistake. I was completely taken back by the lack of responsibility taken by the restaurant. I usually wouldn’t be upset over an incorrect order and missing drink however when calling to figure out what happened, the complete and utter lack of customer service or even basic problem solving skills was astounding. They might as well have let the Uber driver into their kitchen to cook and bag the whole entire order to ensure that no part of the entire process could ever be pita pitas fault and easily shift the blame for any mistakes on the guy picking up a delivery like they have done in this case.
That $33 was the last time I’ll ever spend a dime at pita pita. This restaurant needs to teach their employees atleast the basic steps of customer service to ensure something as small and bagging the wrong order and forgetting their drink, which normally could be easily fixed, doesn’t escalate into losing a customer. Never have I dealt with such awful customer service over the phone over such a small easily fixed issue.
To top it off they hung up the phone at the end without ever offering any sort of solution or...
Read moreWent there with my wife yesterday to grab a quick bite, ordering was simple but something didn't add up at the time to pay and get our receipt, at first didn't really noticed but as we were eating and looking at the menu screens was when we discovered we have been charged this hidden fees to our bill, then we started trying to find out from the menu if there were indeed add-on fees to what we have ordered but they weren't clearly stated on the menu.
My wife ordered the loaded fries which come with a choice of meat, she chose chicken, and she was charged extra for the chicken! (Even though the menu clearly stated comes with a choice of meat), same thing happened to my chicken shawarma wrap, if you ordered a CHICKEN shawarma wrap you expect it would come with chicken right? Well I was ALSO charged with a fee for chicken!! It's ridiculous!! It's like going to a burger place and ordering a cheese burger and they charge you extra for the meat!
We asked the guy in charge and even though he admitted it doesn't make sense and a lot of costumers complained about this issue he couldn't help us or solve the issue, he said the owner is the only one that can fix it.
So, TO THE OWNER: I was in the restaurant industry for over 24 years, I know the hardship that comes with owning and operating a restaurant nowadays with the price increases and whatnot, but being sneaky with your customers is not the way to go, your food is good! Flavors are great! But tricking your customers is the lowest of the low, you will never have a loyal clientele is you are dishonest with this hidden charges, I'm sure people that like your food would have no problem paying a little extra on their favorites because they can understand the price increases on everything, but don't steal money from people that didn't pay attention to their final check and didn't discover the...
