The man who topped our sandwiches - older, facial hair - was maybe the rudest person Iâve encountered in a LONG time. He rolled his eyes after my Hard of Hearing mother asked him politely to repeat himself once, then spoke to her as if she were dumb for the rest of their exchange. He also was INCREDIBLY rude to my husband, who canât eat specific toppings due to his chemo medication. The man kept demanding that he list the toppings he didnât want instead of what he did and kept rushing him as if he had a million orders behind us (we were literally the only people in the store), and then mocked him for getting confused (because who the hell orders sandwich toppings by saying what you donât want?) âoh so you DO want the tomatoes now, OKAYâ. And then I asked for four simple toppings, succinctly, and avoided the mockery, but then he didnât even get all four things I asked for on the sandwich. Based on my reading of other reviews, this dude seems to be the manager? Seems like he barely can manage his own emotions, he probably shouldnât be running a store in any capacity.
The young gentleman on staff with him today though? A saint. Probably doesnât get paid enough to put up with...

The staff continually swear like sailors and donât take their job seriously at all (poor management) and when they were busy, like today, I asked the manager/team lead if I could use the app for a BOGO order. He said yes. I asked if he could help me to order since I hadnât used the app and was having difficulties. He said âIâm sorry. I canât help you.â and looked disinterested. Once again, poor management. The guy looks roughly 55 years old. He should consider retirement if work is that much of a stressor in his life.
They had quite a few people coming in for the BOGO but usually they are slow and dead. I wonder why. Then I read the several complaints about rudeness and screwed up orders. Big surprise.
I went to Pita Pita across the street and when they made a mistake, the owner not only apologized but gave me a free baklava. Thatâs how service should be. I guess I have a new place for lunch, so thanks and best of luck. Youâll need itâŚ, thereâs way more...

What's the point of ordering ahead of time online if the store isn't going to meet the promised time? I placed my order online at 9:53am for a 1:05 pick up time, not only was it not ready when I arrived, it was 15 minutes later than the scheduled pick up time. Asked the cashier why it wasn't ready she was snotty and could care less that it wasn't ready. I spoke to the manager about it and the best he could respond with was that he was working on it, and they had been busy. No apologies, no urgency to fill the order but filling orders for those in line instead. But hey they threw in some free cookies. That doesn't live up to the promise or resolve the delay and inconvenience caused by their inability to adequately run the store. As a result, I was late back to work and unable to even have time to eat my lunch. Won't be back to this location, poorly run with...
