Walked in, 2 children were waiting for a pickup order, 2 adult women were waiting for a pickup order and I was waiting to place an order. After 5-7 minutes of small talk with the adult women, I called out asking if someone was working the front counter. Eventually a young man appears, I would guess he is the manager, his shirt is different from everyone else. I said the children are waiting to pickup an oder, he ask the name looked at a screen and said 10-15 minutes. I said. I'd like to place an order, he said 10-15 minutes. I said to place an order, he sarcastically said yes. Of course this makes zero sense. I simply walked out. I understand the effects Covid has had on all industries and truly empathize with everyone who works with the public. However, your choices do not give you the right to be rude to your customers. If you're not happy in your current position, perhaps this is a great time to reflect and move on. In the meantime I would suggest that you close the inside service and focus on the drive thru That way if some or all of your employees are having a bad day, the customer isn't exposed to the negative vibes. I asked if I could have all thighs for both meals, and got all legs ( my aunt won't touch legs because of the vain that is in it, it grosses her out). I called and spoke to someone, they didn't seem to think it was a big deal, asked me to come back, which is about a 30 min. drive. I said I live too far, only stopped there because I was near it, and now I had to buy more food because of it. Read moreThis is the worst location. I live close by so I am regular at this location. But now, I'd drive a few more miles and go to another location than this place. They have messed up my order many times in the drive thru. Even after repeating the order back to me correctly they're not filling the order correctly. What makes it worse is, when you tell them that you missed an item, they just say sorry I missed to add it. But they will ask you to go back in the drive thru again and will not fix their error.
