Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in California

This is a terrible experience for me at this particular store. I ordered my pizza at 10:30 am for 11:10 am pick up. I had ordered it online. I came to the store around 11:05 am and asked about my order and he said..in a few minutes. Then at 11:10 am...my order still isn't ready by the promised time ..he then told me another few more minutes. Other people were picking up their food from the pizza portal and on the counter. Then I had sit at the waiting area until 11:30 am when I heard the same guy telling new customers..to wait for 20 minutes for their order but they didn't even start my order. I had enough waiting because everybody had picked up their food and I'm still waiting for mine. Finally I just asked for refund and left after waiting..past the promise time. He just gave me a refund and didn't say...

I got the new "Crazy Puffs". It comes with 4. One was what looked like regular size, the other three were about half the size and looked "deflated". I got Crazy Sauce to go with them, used to be free, now $1 extra. The little cup they gave me was less than half full. I even asked to make sure that maybe I didn't get a bad one, and the guy verified that that's how much they fill it up. Why am I paying for it if you're going to give me so little? It didn't even last through the four "puffs". This is why I don't come here. Every once in a while I have to...

Please DO NOT go to this little Ceasars if you're looking for decent service. I have given this specific store multiple chances and today was the last straw. They've always gotten my order wrong one way or another, it seems like listening is none of the employees strong suit. This time they got all 3 of my pizzas wrong. I specifically told the guy my order, was not difficult, stuffed crust 3 meat pizza. If he didn't rush me off the phone maybe he wouldn't have charged me for 3 different pizzas. Anyway, just save your time....
