While we lived in New Orleans our favorite breakfast spot was a burrito from our local Mexicano supermarket. It was perfect and reminded us so much of our favorite spot. We got egg and chorizo burritos with beans cheese lettuce and tomato. We opted out of the rice. The burritos were HUGE! And I love that they grilled them too.
