Starbucks — Restaurant in Elkhart

I will preface this woth this is my usual starbucks i go to .I ordered my drink ahead. I went to the martins to pick up my drink. It was ready but it had no whip cream, and the worker told me hold on a sec. He was in the middle of making a drink on which I understand, but he put the whip.cream on and walked away before giving me a lid. I was left standing there untill I asked for a lid. my drink was bland I ordered the gingerbread latte iced and there was absolutely no gingerbread in my drink my fiance even said thats not gingerbread unfortunately I was short on time and had to get my son to martial arts class and couldn't...

This location is the worst. My drinks are NEVER right. Not once have they gotten it right whether I order online or in store. They don't even make regular drinks right and miss things in them. They also take an incredible amount of time to get any order out. I have put in my order when arriving, done grocery shopping in the store, and it still not be ready when I return to pick it up 20 minutes later. I don't know what it is, but this location in particular has the worst service of any Starbucks I have ever been to. I prepare to be disappointed if I go there and often opt to go to a farther location because I know I won't have...

This Starbucks is an in-store meaning that Martin's franchises and doesn't offer all of the options available at a corporate-owned Starbucks such as a drive-thru, ordering via the Starbucks app, redeeming stars for free beverages, and offering the full Starbucks menu. For the majority of drinks this location will do just fine. Not the friendliest staff and definitely not a true Starbucks experience.
