I placed an order through an app and pizza hut advertises a cheesy oven baked alfredo pasta. With that you're supposed to receive 5 breadsticks. So as any smart human would think, you order 2 bowls of pasta, you get 10 breadsticks. They have a separate bundle for less money that has 2 pastas and 5 breadsticks but I ordered 2 pastas with 10 breadsticks and the employee behind the counter gave me the 2 pastas and 5 breadsticks. So I asked him about it and he told me I was wrong and to go get my receipt so he could show me where I'm wrong. After I got it, it proved I was right. But he wasn't having it. He told me I was wrong and he does this all day for a living. So I showed him on the app and he still said I was wrong. After that I asked for his name and he said he wanted a reason so I told him I wanted to talk to his manager but it turns out, he is the manager. He then called his gm to try and figure it out but they backed him and told him to call the cops on me. They didn't give me what I paid for and they were mad at me. I left and called 3 other pizza huts and asked what I should have gotten for what I paid and they all said I was in the right. The manager there is an absolute moron and doesn't doesn't deserve a job at all. He had the worst people skills I've ever seen in a manager. Read moreThe food was good, at least the food we ordered that actually came with the delivery. Once figuring out there was a missing order of wings and a side of marinara. I called for 30 minutes straight, no answer, no automated message, nothing. Finally get thru, she said they will send them back out. 1 hour later, still nothing. I called back and she said they were delivered. I stated I have literally been sitting next to the door, there is no possible way he even came to my door. Finally manager gets on the phone and didn’t even ask what was wrong. She said oh you didn’t get wings? They are marked delivered so idk what to tell you. I said well I’m telling you they were not delivered to the same address the original order came to. So she just said so what do you want me to do? Give you a credit or what? I tried to talk and she cut me off every single time. I told her she was was a horrible manager and she screamed she didn’t care and said I could call and talk to the GM Todd tomorrow, spelling it out for me in case I wasn’t aware of how to spell Todd. Read moreVery disatisfied with this location. I ordered online and paid close to 35 dollar order. I had ordered cheesey bread and when my delivery arrived, they had given me garlic bread instead. The box looked like it had been bent real bad and the bread looked dried and like it was tossed in there with no care. I decided to drive to the location to inform them of the error since on my receipt it was clearly stated that i had ordered cheese bread. I was informed it would be 5 mins for them to make my cheesey bread. Once it was done, i decided to check the order before i left and again i saw garlic bread again instead of the cheesey bread. When i pointed it out to the guy he stated " we dont have cheesey bread" i asked him what he meant because i did not understand how they did not have it and why he hadnt said anything about it until then.
