Four stars is overly generous for the service we got, but the food is delicious. The place is definitely understaffed and undertrained. We had trouble any time we needed a server to bring us water, or our bill, or to take it when we paid. Part of that is where we were sitting, close to the window, behind a massive piller. But part of it was just because they had too few people doing way too much. It was also extremely loud. The room is open, with nothing to dampen the noise. There were a lot of people chatting very loudly and that was... unpleasant. The seats at the middle tables were pretty comfy, but the decor is oddly mismatched and if you're not careful you'll end up in a very uncomfortable seat - which will make the wait seem even more interminable. I had the French toast with berries, which was available even though it's not on the brunch menu, which was brought even though it was 9 and not yet 10 when brunch starts. It's good french toast, expected more berries for the price. The toast itself was not as thick as at most restaurants, but that meant I could eat it all without being too full. My husband had the country fried steak, he said it was good. We also bought donuts. They change daily, but today they had maple bacon, peach cobbler, milk & cookies, and Nutella fritter. We also bought an almond orange croissant. We've only tried the croissant and the peach cobbler donut, but they were both amazing. I don't know if I'd come back for breakfast, but I will certainly buy more baked goods here. Though the wait for those is still long and chaotic. Pro tip: there are restrooms in the cafe, but they're not super visible. When you come in turn left, then left again. There's another set in the hotel lobby. Both are single occupancy, which is madness in a location with so many people.

Went to Relish trying to support a local business. Absolutely horrible. We stood for well over 5 minutes at the host stand next to the Please wait to be seated sign. There was a woman working behind the counter that chose to continue to ignore us along with 2 hotel or restaurant employees and a cook for the restaurant. Finally the server came and asked us if we were waiting to be seated and then moved the sign stating it was seat yourself. The place was a ghost town and now I know why. One other table (2 guests of the hotel). The food came scary fast once we did order. We actually got our food and were done eating in 19 minutes. Partially because i ordered a breakfast sandwich that was so greasy and had an old taste so I ate the overcooked potatoes and let the waitress know I couldn't eat the sandwich. ( She did take it off and offer to get me something else) My husband ordered the same overcooked potatoes, scrambled eggs, overcooked bacon and overcooked toast. Online is showed all these delightful looking sweets and it's PART OF THEIR NAME!! And it was comical. The shelves and cases were empty. I assume they are going to close soon based on this experience and the appearance of the place. Huge disappointment. Don't waste your time.

Stopped in to grab a coffee and a bite for breakfast. I was immediately greeted by one of the servers and offered a menu. I ordered the breakfast Sammie. The Sammie is a breakfast sandwich made from their house made cheddar and spinach waffle. The overall flavor was good, the waffle lacked a bit of crunch. And I would have like to have the spinach in smaller pieces throughout the waffle. The latte I ordered was good, a bit pricey for the size. Overall, nice experience may consider a second visit in the future.

Stopped by Relish cafe because photos looked nice…. Atmosphere was very nice, located in hotel lobby. BUT the service killed the atmosphere. We ordered a latte and cappuccino, which came in to go cups and not mugs like everyone else. So we were given and charged the 20oz instead of the 16oz (which the 16oz is what I was wanting to order). If the menus offers multiple sizes, I would figure the waitress would ask which size. Oh well, I’ll look past that. Then had to ask to order food after a while, and ordered a simple waffle and avocado toast….. had to get up and find our server to ask 40minutes later for our food to be put in to go containers and ask for our check. For a waffle and avocado toast! After this I watched our waitress serve 2 other tables before inquiring where our food was. Took another 10 minutes from then to receive our food. Got out to our car to see that the avocado toast was burnt and was a simple sliced bread with an avocado smear and everything but the bagel seasoning sprinkle and a plain waffle with no butter or syrup….. come on. Should have never needed to wait 40 minutes for those items. I’d like to add that the cafe was not busy, the waitress was standing behind the counter for a lot of this time. There was no sense of rush in the cafe I can give a lot of grace in busy times or if they were short staffed. I’m not one to leave reviews, but this was awful. All we got was a very ingenuous ā€œsorry, I’m not sure why that took so long?ā€ from the waitress. Well, I don’t know either for the most plain food we could have ordered...

It was our first time there, the place looked nice and we were excited...we sat down and were seated for approximately 10-15 minutes before anyone came to our table to give us menus. 10 more minutes after the waitress comes back to take our drinks. As this is happening another table the same party size (3) sat right next to us. They were quickly greeted and brought their menus. They ordered their drinks after us and received them first, ours took 5 more minutes. at this point we had been seated for a over half an hour and barely got our drinks, which she spilled one of them and didn't even ask to replace it. We went ahead and ordered our food and the girls at the other table did as well, after us. We waited for 20 minutes and were just fine until the table that sat down 30 minutes after us with the same party size received their meals, we then asked about it and their response was "i don't know". we got tired of waiting and decided to just pay our drinks and leave. As we were doing so they come to tell us our food is ready but they can pack it up to go, we say it's fine and take it. They handed us the 3 boxes and no bag, everyone else who got to-go got it nicely packed and put in a bag. We opened the boxes in the car and the food was cold and soggy indicating it had been sitting out for a while. We wasted over 1.5 hours for horrible service and soggy food, not worth it. I don't like to play the race card, but it is totally worth it to say that we were the only Hispanics there. So disappointed šŸ˜ž we were...
