I can’t speak highly enough about this local bike shop and the incredible service they’ve provided us over the past year. Since the start of our spinning classes, they’ve been the only team willing to take on the unique challenge of maintaining our indoor spinning bikes—and they've done it with excellence, consistency, and heart.

A huge shoutout to Chris, the manager, who has been our main point of contact and the person who takes on the responsibility of making sure our bikes stay in perfect condition. His professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help have made a massive difference in how we run our classes.

We have 50 riders per class, and with such intense usage, our bikes require constant care. Thanks to Chris and his team, we’ve been able to keep everything running smoothly. They’re always available when we need them, and their attention to detail shows in every visit.

Golden Bear Bikes is the best bike shop I have ever been to. All the guys and gal that work there are super friendly, no high pressure sales. They listen and suggest bikes you might like and you can test ride them all you want. I got a great price and a super good trade in on my old bike. I just picked my bike up from the (free) six month check up. They trued the wheels, adjusted the brakes and gears, and cleaned it up. It rides super smooth and quiet. I can hardly wait for some warmer weather.

I purchased a new set of tires, I wore the old ones out with a log of riding. They ordered them had the new tires in a few days. I dropped the bike off in the morning and had the bike back that afternoon. I took the bike back a week later for an adjustment on the shifting, and they did not charge me cause the bike was just in the shop. It shifts so smooth now,, love this bike.

Wow. Top notch customer service. We got there about ten mins after they closed and decided we would just look in the window to see what they had. Almost immediately Bob opened the door and invited us in. We told them we could come back another time when they were open but they told us not to worry about it. Bob took the time to show us a few different bikes and even offered to let us ride them around. The entire staff was awesome and needless to say we bought two bikes. We said we would have to come back next week to pick them up and Bob asked where we lived and it was on his way home. He delivered the bikes for us on his own time.
