Located in the Ellisville Square Plaza, this little spot is serving up some serious authentic Hawaiian shave ice right here in West County 🙌 We were there for their current Flavor Wars special: Cookie vs. Brownie. Oreo Cookie Cake: Imagine a cookie cake snoball stuffed with Blue Cookie Monster ice cream, topped with whipped cream, Oreo crumbles, marshmallow drizzle, and real Oreo bites. It was like diving into a sweet, creamy dream.​ Brownie Toffee Crunch: This one featured a chocolate toffee bar snoball stuffed with Brookie Dough ice cream, whipped cream, brownie and toffee bites, finished with caramel and chocolate drizzle. Rich, decadent, and absolutely delightful.​ Both were insanely good! What makes Kiraboos even more special is its backstory. The name "Kiraboo" comes from the owner's childhood nickname, and her dream of owning a shave ice stand has truly come to life. I simply cannot say enough good things about Kiraboo’s! The texture of the snow is unreal, and their flavor combos are perfection: the Gooey Looey is chef’s kiss. You can tell they put a lot of thought into what they serve, and it shows.

UPDATE - you were so kind in your reply and I went a bit overboard. I apologize. You have a great product, we love going, and I will be back :). One tip that’s very noticeable - I would try to focus on any way to make the process of making them more efficient though. It’s extremely slow when even 5-10 people show up and they get overwhelmed quickly. Very nice and great staff though! The product is AMAZING. Nothing else like it and they look gorgeous.
