I frequently visit this Michaels and have never had a bad experience but today as I was checking out beads the manager came up to me falsely accusing me and my boyfriend of taking beads off the shelf and leaving them on the ground. I made sure to put all of the beads I didnt want back where I found them and im deeply offended by this accusation. As someone with social anxiety its hard to go out im always sure to be a very respectful customer, it is extremely inappropriate for her to accuse us of something without ANY evidence or asking us in the first place.
