At first when I came here, it was awesome first day. I really enjoyed it. My son had fun no problems. The second time I came up here on a Monday. There were problems I called ahead of time and asked if I could bring my sons infant inflatable. They said yes, when I walk through the doors. I double checked again and the gentleman at the door said yes. After standing in the/pad blowing up, inflatable. Letting my son play. We go over to the big pool and not even maybe 5 minutes in I get told we cannot have it. And I said OKI called up here, and I asked and the guy said in front that it was OK but I said ok no argument after that I was getting stared down by half of the lifeguards which really did not make me feel comfortable. Then I go over to the/pad again and my son is playing and he's not even 2 years old and you know how kid plays. Touches the water to try to make it stop as I'm deflating my inflatable. the lifeGuard is about to say something to me about the inflatable again and I said I already know then he goes. Your son can't do that to the water. It stops the pressure. I said OK, he's only 2. I'll keep telling him the stop. And lifeguard keep looking so we decided to leave and as I'm leaving. I confronted the guy at the front desk about how he told me that I could bring my inflatable in and then I told him how it was getting treated and he told me quote. That's not my problem. I will not be coming back to this water park. They need to have actual management up here and not teenagers that spend their time on their phone and not pay attention of what's going on. I did not appreciate getting talked to the way I was. That's not how you do business. I have been to plenty of pools, public pools and never have felt like that before. On top of it, one of the lifeguards comes into the changing room. And start making animal noises, a cat noise for no reason, just...
Read moreThis pool is awesome. It’s just one big free form pool connected to a lap/ diving area. Deepest is 12’. It has two slides- covered and uncovered and the biggest shaded splash pad I’ve seen so far in my outings. (I frequent Millennium Park, North Pointe Aquatic, Maryland Heights Aquaport). It’s usually staffed really well and have a decent snack bar (with standard food choices-pretzels, nachos, chicken strips etc). Parking is a little more optimal with regular parking spots close to the entrance. Will definitely...
Read moreTerrible front desk experience. Older gentleman should be inside not outside running the entire shift by himself In this weather while being busy he looked like he was overheated and overworked. The line was very long to get it. Doesn’t take anything besides CREDIT CARDS AND CASH had to leave because I brought my debit card. The water park was shut down because they heard thunder no lightning in sight no rain just heard thunder. I’m generally patient but this was very...
