Great place for Pokemon Go players. 6 Pokemon Gyms, 3 of which are accessible by vehicle) and tons of Pokestops. Within teach by vehicle or walking.
I follow my own walking route which passes by most of the stops and by the time I finish one lap the stops from the lap before are beginning to open so there's no waiting around for more to open.
Bluebird contains a large pokemon nest which changes spawns every so often.
If you're not interested in Pokemon this park has nice tennis courts, short hiking tails, a playground, bathrooms, disk golf, and a water park/swimming pool*.

where do i even begin? close parking, play area for the kiddos (i brought my friend and her beautiful baby boy here one time), sitting areas, an amphitheatre (the independence day celebration was CHOICE), gazebos, playgrounds, even a little water park...! like, what DOESN'T this place have? not to mention it's clean and safe. i don't know how the municipal workers do it because i never see them, but i've never seen a speck of trash.

Some people have big dogs that are aggressive to walkers and they can potentially jump over the fence to attack because the seat inside the fence allows them to get up really high. Unfortunately dog owners don't seem to care that dog attacks (with these breads especially!) do happen. Ruins experience for walkers.
