Just had a customer service experience at this location too bizarre not to share. We ordered our food in the drive-thru, and are pulling up to the checkout window. The car in front of us is still waiting on their food, and we need them to pull up just a foot or two so that we can reach the window. My wife, who is driving, lightly taps the horn to ask the driver ahead to pull up their car a tiny bit so we can pay, get our drinks, etc.
At this point, the guy working the cash register opens his window and with a tone I can only describe as "substitute teacher trying to show their authority", says "Hey! They're fine!" and waves his hand dismissively at my wife for... tapping the horn? We look at each other genuinely shocked... a quick horn tap is pretty normal just to give someone a heads up in a situation like this.
I then ask the window guy, "was it really that big of a deal to tap the horn that you needed to scold my wife, the paying customer?" Drive-thru man then chooses to double down, and says - I kid you not - "The kitchen isn't going to make your food any faster, and I don't need you honking at people in MY line, Chief!" I know it sounds like I have to be making that up, but somehow it was a direct quote.
The hilarious irony of seeing a small guy in a blue apron and a drive-thru headset try to condescend his customers notwithstanding, I was stunned by the brazenness of this burger-flipper. He then informed me he is the manager of this location, so I told him to check his Google reviews later - to which he responded sarcastically, "what are you going to do, light me up on the internet?" To which the answer is yes, drive-thru man. Yes I am.
The entire experience was so bizarre, it felt like we had to be on a hidden camera TV show or something. Needless to say, I will ensure we take our business elsewhere in the future. Having someone this unhinged representing your location - as a manager, no less - is a horrible...
Read moreTwo years in a row we went there to celebrate my Birthday. Two years in a row, it had become a fiasco getting our food orders correct. For example, when someone says "No mayonnaise", it usually means that they don't want that on their sandwich. Getting that wrong once can in fact be an honest mistake, but when it is done twice for the same person, that then is just ignorance. What is the deal with letting it be known what tomorrow's special is today? Do they not understand that the customer is there right then? Since the customer is there right at that moment in time, why are they unable to make whatever the next day's special is? Now I'm not asking for the price to match if there's even a difference in price, but what's the point? Do they seriously think that someone would stop there the very next day just to get their "Special"? At that point, put it on a sign outside where it can be seen by people driving past. In short with their plan or idea, it...
Read moreToday around 11 I ordered a double sourdough melt with mayo, mustard and pickles added. They sent me to the drive through parking spot 3 and brought me back the wrong order. I told the young lady what I ordered and told her what she brought me was wrong. She went back in, then a younger gentleman came back out and told me i got what I asked for and asked what was wrong with it. I told him what I ordered and he said that’s what the sandwich is. When I got home and opened my bag it was a sandwich with raw onions, ketchup, chz, a single patty and bacon.
I live 30+ minutes away ( I work on that side of town) and driving back would be ridiculous. I’ve tried to call, but the mailbox is not set up.
I normally don’t leave reviews but the Second Gentleman was rude and I cannot get ahold of anyone at the restaurant.
Also, I looked at the menu, and what I ordered was more expensive than...
