Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Ellisville

I received the most outrageous service of my life at the new Popeye location in Ellisville, Missouri. One of Popeyes employees who was working the line served us the wrong order, which happens we understood that. When we approached her about it she yelled at us and told us we were wrong. When she refused to give us the correct order we asked for our money back. She then proceeded to yell at us more and then threatened to fight me. Seriously. One of the other employees had to hold her back from attacking me. The two women at the register refunding us were the only polite people in the entire business. During the refund the troll they had serving food was yelling and threatening me the entire time. I didn't realize Popeyes would hire people with such terrible customer service. This employee needs to be fired and the manager who did nothing to rectify the situation should be dealt with also. We got a good part of the commotion on camera, and intend on contacting their corporate headquarters. We didn't receive an apology and my family and I left very disturbed by how we were all treated. We were so excited to try out this business since it is new to our neighborhood but know to never go there again because such confrontational and threatening people work there. So last night I drove 30 to this location and waited in their line for over an hour and got stuck in a thunderstorm waiting on this food. I ordered the 10 pc family meal and order of shrimp. I asked them if that comes with legs because that's all my 4 yo eats they said yes. I get home and I'm missing my biscuits, 1 LG side, no legs in the box and the smallest order of shrimp possible. I tried calling the restaurant that night but they had their phone off the hook. So I called this morning to see if I could get a partial refund (not even a full one) and the Manager Aisha said could replace the food if I went back up there and I informed her it was 30 mins out of my way I couldn't make that and I would rather get a partial refund she proceeds to tell me she won't do that because I could be lying since I didn't take a picture and she can go and ask the workers from the night before If I actually specified what pcs I wanted. I told her they wouldn't remember because the line was literally out of the parking lot! I told her that I will be contacting corporate and her response to that was with an attitude " you gone head and do that I don't care have a BLESSED DAY 3X" AND PROCEEDS TO HANG UP ON ME! my issue was never taken care of. A completely miserable experience I sat in line for more than 30 minutes as well as a few others when I pulled up to the window I asked if everything was ok there were 4 people standing around and I was kidding and said have you done this before Just kidding with them and some African American said what he say I’m da manager don’t talk to me like dat and I said nothing the guy at the window told me how much the order was gave him my card and the so called manager kept running his mouth like he wanted to start something at that point I said just give me my money back I wasn’t your what might happen to my food and then some other African American came to the window and said what you say I told him I said nothing and he obviously wanted to start something and said you want your cash or your food and I said at this point I will take either I finally said just give me my money then he said pull around the building I think he wanted to take it farther but I said I’ll wait for my money at that point he screamed at me and told me to leave Needless to say if we had a few words I left and it was absolutely unbelievable worst experience I’ve ever had in my life never did get my food those guys act like they were out of control and want to start trouble how they have a job I have no idea never ever ever never ever...
