Horrible! We have four kids (so we tend to order a lot) and come here all the time after dance and sports. But this time They showed they do not care about customers or follow health codes. I ordered a Pepsi or coke. Got to the window, and they gave Me a sprite. When I politely asked for a Pepsi, the girl rudely said “ma’am” We don’t have Pepsi products.” To which I replied. Coke is fine. A brown colored soda just not Dr. Pepper. She then asked for the sprite back that was in Our car, and had been set on the floor Our dog licks off of. (And My daughter took a drink) I told her I did not wish to give it back because that is a violation of health code. She demanded I give it back or pay for another soda! I told her I did nothing wrong, and they messed up My order. She continued to “reprimand” Me (I’m 42 she was around 16 ish) and act like I was a difficult customer. I gave her the soda back and told her Our child might have accidentally drank off of it. She got mad at me again and was rolling her eyes. Hoping and praying they did not give that sprite to someone else. Will report to health department.
In addition, I ordered pretzel sticks that were not in Our bag once I got home. So she wanted to charge Me extra for her error on the $2 soda, and then never gave Me part of the order I paid for!!!! Horrible customer service. A $1.50 soda is not worth losing a loyal customer of many years. I guess to them it is.

Read moreon 2/27/2024 we experienced some less than desirable meals from DQ. We called and asked for it to be made right. After speaking with Chargo (I hope I'm respectful of his name), he said to come back and we would have the meals replaced. What a nice man he was. Going ABOVE and beyond, as a manager should with a customer that isn't 100% satisfied. Then..... the day of replacement came..... went up to the location, went inside, and spoke with him along with the receipt, as requested. Whether it was a communication mishap from the request via the phone 2 days earlier or something, either way it wasn't clear. He offered to replace the chicken, and not the whole meal. I wasn't happy with that outcome, as I only get a limited time for lunch, and I didn't have time to go and get new chicken that same day. Furthermore, who wants just chicken tenders for lunch? Not me. This is the portion where the person that I will only describe as the "not DQ outfitted, jeans lady" came over. She asked why I didn't bring the rest of the meal back the same day? We always make our food fresh. I don't know why it was hard... Well.... here is a lesson learned...... Next time, "I am sorry that this happened, what do we need to do to make it right?" that's it! You did it then! You made it right! As for the chicken fiasco.... Chik-Fil-A is right down the street. Maybe you can get some pointers from them...
Read moreHave gone to this location for over a year now. Yes I love ice cream but I do not love how they size their cups. If it is a medium chocolate extreme it should be a medium chocolate extreme throughout the entire cup. Very disappointed getting a little more than halfway down my ice cream and seeing plain vanilla ice cream all the rest way down the cup. This has happened every single time I have ever gone here. Another thing i’d like to point out is during quarantine I looked over at what they were doing while I was waiting for my ice cream...not one person had masks on and the woman who put it all in a bag including my spoon that would be in my mouth did not have gloves on. I can’t believe this...
