I would give it no stars if I could. Just moved to St. Louis. Movers in my house, I asked what they wanted for dinner and one guy said order Domino’s. Ive never ordered from Domino’s (now I know why)but I said ok. I called. Asked the Dominos worker if they were running any deals or specials. He didnt know. Ok... um how can you not know if your running specials. So I give him an idea what Im wanting. A couple meat lovers. Delivered. We dont have that. Ok...never heard of a pizza place not having a meat lovers. He finally says oh you mean a meatsza. Ok sure. So i start to order that as Im pulling up their menu online I say “looks like I can get a large 3 topping for $7.99 carry out”. I will do that. I want del but willing to go pick up for deal. The phone guy knew this. I order 2 larges with 3 meat toppings. Most awkward difficult pizza order ever placed. And Ive ordered alot of pizza in my life. Go to pick it up with my 5 year old. Walk in price is $24.00?! How is that $7.99 ea for 2?! Young teenage cashier doesnt know. Ok... can you print a receipt or something so i can see how you came up with that price? Turns out they charged me $13.99 because i ordered “pan” style pizza and pan ony comes in medium. Are you serious!? The guy on the phone who knew i wanted a large for $7.99. His mistake. He should have explained. So I became very irate.(Which it takes alot to get me upset) The workers could care less. I became more irate because no one was doing anything about their mistake. If inwanted a $13.99 pizza I would have stayed home and had delivery. Finally because I was disturbing the other customers they finally say ok we will remake your pizza. What!? I have a hungry 5 year old with me what is there to remake. The pizza i want is right there. Finally reluctly a “mgr” comes over doesnt apologize or offer any kind of compensation for my inconvenience tells the teenage girl give it to her for $7.99. I should be getting an apology and pizza for free at this point. I hurridlty pay and let them know I will never come back and will be letting yelp know my experience. They just stared at me. And btw when I got home and ate it, worst...
Read moreIf I could, I'd probably give it a zero star rating. I called yesterday evening to place an order for 7 pizzas so I could take pizzas to my son's class for lunch. Placed the order in person. The order was scheduled for 10:30, which is when they opened, but that is why I called to order in person. Showed today, no manager in site. The poor, very nice, delivery driver was locked out. He did his best to help, calling corporate to get the area manager there for back-up. Meanwhile, I am waiting with my 19 month old for thirty minutes before the area manager is able to arrive. I ask if the pizzas can be delivered because the likelihood of my 19 month old lasting for another thirty to forty five minutes without her own lunch is very unlikely. Area manager originally says yes. Another thirty minutes later and that's a no go because they already have 7 orders for delivery. And now, kids who are used to eating at 10:55 still have no food an hour after their scheduled lunch. How can managers be this irresponsible to check scheduling and pre-orders, let alone show up for their job? I was going to order pizzas for my daughters classroom tomorrow but have Absolutely no confidence in this location to provide the pizzas when needed. With so many other deliver options in this area, I will never be ordering from here again....
Read moreNo stars for them!!!! by accident orders 2 medium instead of 2 large ones. There is a coupon for 2 or more medium pizzas with 2 toppings for $5.99 each and $7.99 for the large pizzas. So we thought we had ordered the large pizzas with 3 toppings. When we went to pick up the pizzas we realized that we had gotten the medium pizzas when they brought them to our car. So then I went back inside the store to find out what had happened. I explained to them that we made a mistake and asked if there was anything that they could do? The guy just told me that maybe I just should oder a large Pizza on top of the 2 medium ones I already had. I asked to speak to a Manager and it seamed like there was no one on duty. I also asked why they charged me $9 per pizza when it should have been $5.99 each the other guy told me because I had an extra topping. I did not know that they charge $5 for extra topping. He told me it was around $1.40 per extra topping. That still does not make it $9. They basically told me that they could not do anything and I should next time pay more attention to what I order. I understand it was partially my mistake but they way they dismissed me was very upsetting. I will never ever order from that domino’s again. They are very rude and not one but willing to...
