I recently had the pleasure of visiting Jimmy John's on multiple occasions between May and October when I have visit my accounts, and I must say that my experience has been consistently exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Marcus and Matt. These two individuals have served me every single time I visited, and their friendly and welcoming demeanor has made each visit truly enjoyable.

One aspect that has always stood out to me is how clean and well-maintained the store is. It's evident that these two employees take great pride in ensuring a clean and inviting environment for their customers. This attention to detail adds to the overall positive experience.

What truly impressed me was the fact that, on most occasions, I would place my order right before the store closed. Despite the late hour, Marcus and Matt never seemed to have an issue with it. In fact, during my most recent visit, I couldn't help but wonder if Marcus and Matt were the franchisee owners of that particular location. We go to this place regularly for lunch since we worked down the street, but since the old manager left things seemed to have changed. Went to the store after placing an online order, and the sandwich maker was already yelling at customers because someone had not come in and she was way behind. After that person came in. They both became abusive to customers. When I finally received my lunch after 40 minutes and my lunchtime long gone they gave me the wrong food. I called them and they said they would give me a refund but I didn’t see it so I had to call my bank and dispute the transaction....

Great new location just up the street from Midway Mall. The entrance to the parking lot is a little further back than you might think. Very friendly staff and management team, they're patient and helpful with whatever you need. Super clean, the cleanest bathrooms you'll find in a restaraunt, no joke. Looks like there will be patio furniture for outdoor eating once the weather...
