Wendy's — Restaurant in Elyria

By far the worst Wendy's I have ever eaten at! Our first time going through the drive-thru we ordered a baconator combo and a Dave's triple combo large size with both cost $27. There was absolutely no bacon on the baconator and no sauce Just two pieces of meat and some cheese. Also didn't come with a large Coke. And the Dave's triple was dry had a few onions on it if any one pickle one small piece of lettuce so we went back through the drive-thru. The manager comes around the corner takes our whole bag pulls out the baconator opens it up and holds up one piece of bacon, mind you we check the whole sandwich there was no bacon on it, so you tell me. Inside they were just goofing around laughing joking talking. So they remade our sandwiches mine came the exact same way dry little bit of condiments on it and the baconator came dry with the smallest pieces of bacon I've ever seen all stacked in a pile in the center you couldn't even see it on the bun, meanwhile the managers smirking laughing having a good old time with the window close so we can't hear them, but I think I know what they're goofing around about. I think that this is the last time I'll ever eat at a Wendy's. They've really gone downhill anyways I think it's about time I just stop going there all together. Personally I think it's time for the franchise to die because pretty much every time I go to a Wendy's now, I either have to wait forever just order my food. Or it comes back made completely wrong. If anything they need to restaff every single one of them with employees who care about the customer, and the way that they portray their self. Oh, and before I forget, the fries...

I don't normally go all the way to Lorain, OH to eat Wendy's. I was running an errand and needed something to eat before I headed home. I've liked Wendy's for a long time but now that I'm diabetic I don't eat fast food.

Because it's not on the sign, I had to ask how much their Mushroom Bacon burger is. Got asked 'single' or 'double' and I picked 'single'. I also ordered a small order of French fries and no drink. I had a bottle of water in the cupholder so I didn't need another drink.

I pulled up to the window. The associate that took my money had tattoos on their arms which I complimented. I had to wait for fresh French fries which was fine. I got back on my route, ate my fries, and went for my burger. When I opened it, it was a 'double' and I only ordered a 'single'.

The mushrooms have a sauce on them that when combined with bacon and cheese on a Wendy's beef patty makes for an A++ burger. It tastes like there is garlic in the sauce. This impeccable fast food burger, added to the free 'double' upgrade and feeling like my people skills led to me getting a bonus. I felt really, really good while I finished my burger.

Hands down the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I've visited through the drive through a couple of times because I'm always willing to give a place a second chance, but this location never has ice, is always out of baked potatoes, chili, eating utensils and is always requesting exact change only in cash. The staff is rude, I was mocked by a girl taking my order when I asked for ketchup for my fries, I was the only one in line and waited about 20 minutes or more why the staff laughed, told jokes, and stood around. (Ghetto beyond ghetto) .No customer service skills, they can't count money or make change, and they all seem in a fog when you ask them for things like napkins, I mean these are basic skills here. The burger patties are always burned, and the fries are cold and super old. Whomever owns this establishment needs to seriously take a look at who they are choosing to hire because reputation goes a long way and I will tell everyone I know not to waste their time in going.
