Ok I didn't want to write a negative review about this place since I don't know if its just as bad all the time or just the night shift on the weekend so I just want to make myself clear that this review is only for the last couple visits which both have been late nights, now that being said I just find it hard to believe that they actually take people's money for whatever they call that they give people, I ordered two sandwiches one double whopper meal which comes with cheese and it's supposed to be pretty nice, and a bacon king or something like that but just the sandwich and I told the guy to add jalapenos to both and to have a frozen coke instead of the regular drink. So they charged me 25 bucks just to come home to both sandwiches without cheese and no jalapenos and the bacon king sandwich was supposed to be a double meat and double cheese with bacon and it was just a single meat no cheese no jalapenos and no double meat. I mean I understand it's hard to find people who want to work the night shift or even work at all but when you have people that all they do is give the restaurant and the owners a bad reputation by taking people's money for a lousy service and even worst food quality. The only thing that was the way it was supposed to be was the frozen coke, I mean you would really have to go out of your way to mess that up but I wouldn't be surprised if they did. This is an update I haven't been to this place since the last time I posted this review almost a year ago and it's still hasn't got any better. There were two dudes and took almost 30 minutes for one of the new pepper sandwiches and some chicken fries and uploaded photos of what I got for 17 dollars. I'm not gonna say anymore except that I don't recommend this place especially the night shift but if you ever do check your order while you're still at the window don't drive off without making sure you're getting your money worth of food. I thought my last experiences was due to bad luck or sometimes that kind of stuff happens but it seems this is the way they operate so don't expect your order to be right and make sure to check it before you get too far. Hopefully this helps people get ripped off by this people. How do these people get away with this travesty of service and still think they earn their paycheck. I cannot believe there's no one there to make sure they give people at least a decent meal for...
Read moreThis place is an extra kind of special. We were passing through and needed a quick meal. Nothing about our stop was quick. My sister needs gluten free, so she ordered her meal and requested no bun. You would have thought she had just asked these workers about quantum physics. They could NOT understand what to do for an order with no bun. We had to pull up to the window to give a detailed explanation of what we wanted, because saying "no bun" is a really hard concept apparently. It took about 20 minutes for them to get our whole order (3 meals) entered, understood, and paid for (I don't think they actually understood anything. They just wanted us to leave). We got to the next window where we got 2 of 3 drinks and then were asked to pull forward since we had to wait for our food to be "made fresh." There was no one else in the drivethrough, so I'm not sure why they needed us to pull forward. Another 5-ish minutes of waiting and they bring out part of our order (it was incorrect). We said we still needed one more drink and meal. The worker looked so so so confused. He returned with the final meal, but no drink. I understand being short staffed and having new staff, but this was not an issue of being short staffed. There was not a single customer in the building or drive through. Common sense and general problem solving skills are seriously lacking in the staff at this facility. Don't waste your time, money, or sanity...
Read morePlease beware of eating at this Burger King location. My 17 year old son worked there until they fired him for leaving an overnight shift for being extremely sick. He contacted the general Manager at least 4 times explaining how he was throwing up and running a fever. His manager said that she had to visit her kid in Juvenile Detention the next day and needed to sleep and did not want to have a car accident. She told him to take ibuprofen and move to mobile orders. At 4 AM my son told her that he would lock up the restaurant but had to leave as he was too sick to continue to work. She threatened to sue him if the restaurant burned down and terminated him the next day. I reviewed all of the text messages between her and my son and some of the information shared was not on a professional manager employee level at all. Just keep in mind that this location does not care about food safety as they have minors working there who are allowed to be sick with the flu. My son was being used as a manager without the title or pay and was doing well and this is how they treat their help. A management change is needed before I ever...
