BEST customer service I have ever experienced! The manager on duty was very welcoming and observant, I had received an incorrect drink at drive thru & entered store to exchange. She noticed I had a drink in hand welcomed me and immediately came from behind the counter to see what the drink should have been, she got the correct drink and even though they were very busy with a line of cars at thr drive thru (Starbucks on a Saunday am), she took the time to again come out from behind the counter to give me my drink, she even noticed and apologized that I had to get out of my car in the rain to come in. As an unexpeted and added bonus she comped my next drink. I am from MN but will make a point to stop by that location on all future trips to the area. Read moreSat 3/10/24 - around noon. Not impressed. Coffee as always was good. The young man behind the counter (Conner?) was smiley and friendly. We went inside for a black coffee and a small Frap. Yes, there was a line of cars in the drive through. However, we waited and waited and waited for our order. There was no one else inside, in front of us. The 4 “baristas” that were busy making drive through orders, never looked up, never said it’ll be a minute. No acknowledgement that we were waiting. After, maybe 8 minutes I asked if the drinks being made and lined up were possibly including ours, the girl said, “no. They’re drive up orders.” I think it’s rude to be treating a guest who gets out of their car and comes inside, as if they’re invisible. At least have the courtesy to smile and say “your order will be ready in a moment.” We won’t be back. Totally turned off by...
Read moreGive me a break. No way to run a business Howard Schultz. Ordered a fufu decaf for the wife and a simple small black coffee for me. I only ever stop here for her. Overpriced product in my opinion. Anyway a simple order. I guess you can pre-order on their app. Those were stacking up on the counter one after another after another. We're standing there and standing there. A cup was placed down and my wife asked if it was hers. The way the gal described it was not hers. I'm waiting on a simple pour of black coffee. Nothing more. I finally made somebody stop and pour me a coffee. This is 15 minutes or more of standing there. She poured it. Then we asked for my wife's coffee and a different employee said it was the one sitting on the counter and described it correctly. Never again....
