She answered all my questions and even responded to text question at 10pm before I decided to sign up for their service. She even did her best to get me a deal on accessories, like a phone cover and screen protector. She is honest and doesn't give you the sales pitch like the guys at Verizon. Website says Next-Tech Wireless is unlimited. I went into the store at the mall to inquire about their services. 150$ for 300 GB not counting equipment cost. I was confused as their website states the service is unlimited. Sells rep explained to me that they are unlimited but throttle you to 3g speeds once your data is used. I asked the sells rep how fast is your 3g. There were 4 staff members working and not one of them could tell me how fast their 3g speeds were. I went to Nex-Tech with my very old Iphone 7 just to back it up to the cloud. My phone would no longer stayed charged or accept upgrades.
