We ate here today, Easter Sunday, knowing it would busy. However, I was confident that this buffet would be good because the Pizza Ranches I've worked at and known have always been good about putting things out and rotating product. Unfortunately. This is the second time I have been disappointed by this location. Chicken was dark, like they needed to change the oil or something. It didnt look like the chicken I know. I thought they'd have the new chicken sauces out to try too but none were available, nobody asked us if there was anything wed like to try either so we didnt even get to ask about it. The pizza buffet was constantly coasting on three pizzas, and hardly keeping up with the amount of people in the place. Please rotate fruit pizza flavors too, like it was just blueberry our entire visit and I absolutely love the cherry, or the chocolate would have been a new one to try. Also, one busser kept coming around with a tub of dirty dishes and asking us if we had any plates for him when it was obvious that the only two plates on the table still had food and we were eating off them. It was annoying. I guess we will try again in 6 months. I hope you can get your employees to be a bit friendlier and the food to be...

The pizza, when fresh, is ok. They seem to have a lot of varieties, even on the buffet. Although sometimes they let the buffet run way down before they restock.
The salad bar is also ok. Several different salad blends and all of the stuff you like to see on a salad bar. Last time I was there they had a spinach, strawberry, feta, and pecan salad that, when topped with the poppy seed dressing, was quite good.
The chicken bar is always somewhat disappointing. The chicken is good, dont get me wrong, but the boxed mashed potatoes, water based gravy, and other fried items typically appear unappealing.
Can't go wrong with cactus bread and ice cream.
You're probably not going to Pizza Ranch for a nice date. But if you're looking to feed your family, a team, or stuff yourself silly and not break the bank; Pizza Ranch is an ok choice.
I understand that the restaurant is usually busy, but there's often times several un-busted tables in need...

We went when it was busier than ever for us. Two pizzas were cold so waited on new pizza but no one came for dirty dishes till we were over half done so I had to put our dirty dishes on a clean table. Also, they started charging for to go glasses since we were there last.
Employees need taught they should not put their fingers inside your glass. I asked for a to go glass and she did the same. After touching money!? Gross! Busy buffet with the only chicken choice is fried! Not grilled, rotisserie etc. I can't eat fried food. So, no meat for me. No veggie pizza for those that don't eat meat. Salad bar is good but dressing bottles need washed off on the outside. They were greasy. Someone eating with me said there's a guy using a napkin to touch them. So,...
