Always have problems at this location, because of that I try to go to the Elm street location. This evening I went to petsmart in the same plaza location and figured it would be easier to just visit this location. What a mistake again, ordered a 1/4lb cheeseburger, no onions were on it? Asked for fresh French fries, seeing that there was only one large fry allready made up, sitting alone like the last soldier and was told the fry"s were just made a few minutes ago. They weren't fresh, went to get my large soda from soda machine, wanted Bart's rootbeer, it was pretty much all seltzer, when I mentioned it to employees. I was told well I like Dr. Pepper or diet coke. Sorry I don't like either of those flavors. Who changes out the or services the soda machines in McDonald's? oh and it was when I got home that I realized my burger was missing onions and frys weren't fresh and actually some fry"s were over fryed, called 2 times to restaurant # no return call or answer. Guess I should have listened to my inside gut feeling: go to Elm street location. Also I am a rewards customer, used a daily deal and never received my points earned. We were most impressed with the two employees we interacted with as they were happy and knowledgeable. We ordered a large 2 cheeseburger meal. The fries were mushy, and we made our own drink. The burgers were requested without onion and PERFECT! We ordered two hamburgers which were fine…
Then, the purpose of our visit.. 2 hot fudge sundaes, that are now, $4.50 each. One had roughly 1 tsp of hot fudge and the other about a tbsp…and we asked for the little bag of nuts and the lady went to ask, returning to say, we don’t do that anymore. So, $9.00…for roughly 1/2 cup of vanilla soft serve?
My issue, why is it that businesses no longer have a menu on the wall, showing ALL their products and depicting the cost and what it comes with? Is anyone noticing this trend? As if we are just expected to know…making it easier to deny its existence or availability after we pay and receive something other than, for example, a hot...
Read moreAbsolute trash employee interactions from beginning to long, drawn out end. Watched car after car go through first drive through speaker while we waited and waited to be acknowledged at the second speaker. One guy asked if we were using the mobile app, we said no and then he never spoke again. Had to get another employee's attention so we could actually order. Pulled up to pay, used a card, easy enough. Then was asked "what did you order?". What did we just pay for if you don't know what we ordered?? He had to walk away to go find a receipt somewhere else, gave us our drink and then asked us to pull into a spot to wait for the two chicken sandwiches. Do you know how long we waited in that spot for two sandwiches? Literally 21 minutes and they STILL didn't come out with the food! I had to go inside to inquire, waited at the counter for seemingly no reason until I was finally acknowledged by one of the several employees who clearly couldn't care less and was asked AGAIN "what did you order?". Are you kidding me?! Please, do yourself a favor and never waste your time...
