Very disappointed with my only moes enfield visit. I don’t usually write these things but there were so many things wrong I feel like it wouldn’t be right if I didn’t let others know. To start off, it was extremely busy and the employees were struggling to keep up. The restaurant was dirty, unkept, and seemingly out of everything. When we walked in, the employees rudely announced that they were low on chips. While this is very understandable, when we finally got to the register, they have us 2 small bags of chips for 3 people with no other compensation such as a drink, free kids meal, or voucher. When I went up to get a little bit more, they were extremely rude and told me they were rationing the rest of the chips for the customers in line and could only give one bag per group. I pointed that that this logic is extremely flawed as a group of 10 people could come in and would only get 1 bag. They then proceeded to be extremely rude and argue with me which I then pointed out. It was ridiculous that I’m paying for my meal that includes chips but didn’t receive any and was rudely spoken to when I tried to ask for a just a few more. The restaurant was also out of forks, fajita veggies, olives, and the soda machine was laughably empty. Read moreI was accused of stealing/scamming by an employee. I ordered online for pickup around 6pm on 1/25/25, when I went into the store I realized that there were a few small items missing before even leaving the store. No problem, I went to ask an employee for the items and she said I had to pay for them if I wanted them. I explained that I did pay for them online but they weren’t in the bag. She reiterated that I would have to pay or else she wouldn’t give them to me. After some back and forth, she checked my receipt and realized that she was wrong and that I had already paid for the items. She only gave me one of each item when there was 2 of each in the order and became very mad when I had to ask her for the other ones. Another employee had to step in to help me, she was much nicer and gave me everything I needed with no problems. The skinny white younger woman has a real problem with doing her job it seems, or maybe she saw me and assumed I was not a paying customer because of my appearance, despite the fact that I had just received my order from her. Either way, if this is how she acted over some drink cups and extra sauces, I can’t imagine how she would have acted if she messed up a whole entree or something of actual value lol. Read moreIf you are reading this review and trying to decide on where to go for dinner, just know, that Moe's is Moe's, and the food is consistent from one to the other. Overall, it's a 4 star fast food place with decent Mexican. This particular store however, saved the day last weekend when Charlotte the cheetah was left behind, right before our hour and a half drive home. Upon arrival we realized what had happened, and the epic tears began to rain down. We called, well after closing time, to confirm she had been left behind, and they could have let the phone go to voice mail, but answered, tracked down the cheetah, and kept her safe overnight. My daughter contends she bathed in queso all night, and showered in the dishwasher, but that is a tale for another day. Regardless, Danielle from the UPS store across the street was able to have her shipped home, but not before Moe's employees were certain they were releasing Charlotte to an authorized caretaker (which we confirmed by phone). So all in all, Moe's is good Mexican, but everywhere in the world are good people, helping other people out, and that was our experience here. A big THANK YOU to the employees that got...
