Froth Espresso Cafe — Restaurant in Englewood

Lately staff has been rude. This morning I patiently waited at 6:30 when they opened for the older bald man who was alone, to put the stuff out. He did not greet me or say I'll be right with you. Just took his time putting out stuff and even stood there for a minute looking at things and adjusting them. When he finally made his way to the register he didnt even look up just looked at the register and said yeah, can I help you. I ordered an iced drink. Its seems to bother them when we have a voucher. Which we earn in our department when we pick up shifts. He took it and started making it. I said thank you and he still had no response. I then hear him fill my large cup with three scoops of ice. So I literally took 4 sips and my large iced drink was gone. Just because I had a voucher doesnt mean I shouldn't get the normal amount of drink. Also depending on who makes the drink it's never consistent. If I did not have more vouchers I would...

I just left the coffee cart at Swedish about an hour ago. I waited in line behind 2 other customers.The woman taking orders has blond hair, with a blunt cut and left side part. When my turn came she asked me to wait, then proceeded to clean equipment while she chatted with her co-worker. After about 10 minutes it was clear that she did not feel like I was important enough for her to serve in an expedient manor. Rather than continuing to wait for poor service I walked away and she did not try to stop me. I just needed to check the balance on my Froth card. I wonder if she gave me bad service because I am black. I'm just sad that I still have a Froth card with a balance on it , as I plan not to return here. While the food and service of the Swedish Hospital is horrendous, the only bright spot was Froth. I don’t know what I would have done had they not been there.

The make good sandwiches, avocado toast, and salads. This is a busy location as everyone, including employees, know that the cafeteria is a human rights violation.

I wish I could say I will come back, but since I will never go to Swedish again, I will not. If you have to be at Swedish, first, if you believe in god pray for god to help you, you will need it as Swedish will kick you to the curb no matter if you are better or not and, second,...
