Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Englewood

Do NOT eat a this location! It has really gone down hill since the new owner has taken over! I asked the gentleman at the register if it was his first time running a register because he was really having a hard time ringing up a basic pizza.He was very rude and told me he was the owner! The owner doesn't even know how to run his own register. I than seen the so called owner start making pizza without washing his hands and no gloves.. I feel sorry for his staff. They are always working so hard and it seems they are always short staffed. It's heart breaking to see a restaurant that used to be very pleasant to go and get a pizza. To what it has become.. The pizza I received had sauce all over it. The other pizza I ordered was a garden veggie. I watched them make it and when they used there hands to put on my veggies. There was water pouring off there hands and dripping right on my pizza. I took it home and they both baked terribly. My garden veggie was so soggy. I will never be returning to this location. Knowone visible to greet us as me and my grandson walked in. Eventually two team members came to the front and did not look happy nor friendly. one gentleman took my order and was polite but he did not look happy. As the employees were making our order an older man came out from the back and rudely ordered us to step back from the glass. He could have politely asked , which I understand due to the covid virus . But he was extremely rude to the point that I just wanted to get my money back and leave the store. I have never been treated so rudely before at a papa murphys. I bet you he is either a manager , gm or franchisee because he had a strong smell of arrogance about him where you can tell he made it an awful place for some ones teenage to work at. If he is in charge, parents in the community should be concerned that he is a TYRANT and probably awful to work for and with. I will never go back to that location and plan on telling everyone !!! I feel sorry for the two young men that work there....

I want to give these guys a better review because they are always nice, helpful and the food is good. However, any time I order online for pick up at a later date, it's never ready. I stand there for 10-15 minutes (in case they are just behind) then I ask about my order. I typically place it 2 to 3 hours in advance. They dig it out of some pile, move it to the front of the line and it's ready in 5 to 10 minutes. It's just frustrating. Don't offer order ahead or online ordering if you aren't going to honor the time stamp. I know they are super busy, and that's why I order hours before I need it. Like I said, they are nice when I ask about my order, move it to the front of the line, but they definitely prioritize walk ins over everything else. Then why offer order ahead? I have 4 hungry humans to feed and I always prefer order ahead to get in and out as fast as possible. This has happened to me 4 separate times, so definitely...
