I'm a regular customer at this location I'm usually walking over here from where I live to get food for breakfast or lunch. This morning I walked over here for breakfast so I could take it home and relax. Lobby was locked around 8:50am so I called and asked to be let in and was told drive thru was the only way I could get service this morning due to short staffed. I told the lady managing that I had walked here and left my car at home because it was a 5 minute walk and I just wanted to get breakfast and go home. I also informed her that there wasnt any signs saying the lobby was closed and that the lobby hours on the door said from 6am to 10pm. She came to the door let me in but was super rude about it made me feel bad about being a customer right out the gate so I went and order my food through the kiosk paid $11.11 for my food sat down by the kiosk to wait for my food because I'm 8 months Pregnant and wanted to just sit for a minute and then as soon as I sat down the same lady yelled at me from behind the kitchen counter saying I wasnt allowed to sit down or I would have to leave so in fear of getting kicked out before getting my food I got up and went to the counter and told her I was 8 months pregnant and I just was sitting till my food was ready. She refused to let me sit down and I told her this was extremely rude customer service and very unprofessional and that I was a regular customer and I've never been treated so poorly by staff working here. I told her its extremely rude to tell a pregnant woman shes not allowed to sit down after paying for their meal and that it was not okay to tell customers that already paid they were going to be kicked out of the restaurant if they continued to sit and wait. She started telling me that her district manager told her she can tell customers they can't sit down or they would be kicked out of the restaurant. She assumed I was a homeless person which is very rude and super unprofessional by a long shot!!!! However I'm more upset over the fact that I told her I was pregnant and I was still refused the right to sit down after walking over here to get food that I had paid for already.
I had told her I was gonna leave a review and explain to the district manager what had happened and see if this was appropriate behavior from staff regardless of short staffed or not because she had said the district manager okayed this behavior from her to be like this towards customers. She said she would comp my meal but never did because I paid at the kiosk which would have been nice but the fact is I do NOT believe HR or the district managers would approve of how I was treated as a paying pregnant customer.
I would love to hear back from the owners or the district manager about this because this is beyond poor customer service and extremely rude and disrespectful!!!!
I do not think I was treated very well at all!!!! I would have loved to get a refund and just leave had that been an option with how I was treated but I stayed and waited for my food and was treated extremely poorly.
I would have never thought this restaurant would treat pregnant women the way I got treated today but this is beyond rude and unprofessional.
Where I understand being short staffed would mean I would wait longer for my food I do NOT see how it okayed being this rude and disrespectful to paying customers especially one thats 8 months...

I pull up to the second window and this rude, lack of a heart, let alone a brain, tells me I have to go to the back of the line where there are already 6 cars waiting. With the already established time wait with whatever chaotic, unorganized and unkempt store their running, it was looking to be another 30 minute to 1 hour wait. Read moreI visited this specific Wendy's around 7pm tonight. After placing my order at 1 of the 3 kiosks, I headed over to the counter to wait for my order to be ready. I ordered 2 large Baconator combos and 1 medium S'wesome combo for CARRYOUT. Nobody offered to give me the cups so I could get my drinks...3 small size cups were placed on the counter at the same time my food was put on trays. I had to remind them that the order was CARRYOUT and that I should have had 2 large cups and 1 medium cup instead of 3 small cups. when I asked which sandwich was the S'wesome, the girl behind the counter said I don't know. Then as the food was being put into bags, I asked for BBQ sauce and ranch which I had added through the kiosk. That same girl walked away from me when I asked politely for my receipt...and did not give it to me. I was given 3 different bags with food and was told there were no drink carriers.
