UPDATE: Went in today to eat with the hubby. After my husband stood up at the front for 25 minutes, and at least four people that came in after us got their measurements and sat down to eat, I got up to see what the problem was. When he was asked he told me yes there was a problem. So I took our ticket to the front counter and waited for another 5 minutes when the lady that came in behind us was called to come get her order that's when I started saying hello to the girl behind the counter. She looked at me then turned around and ignored me. I figured okay she's challenged so try again. I did and she turned around and said "WHAT?!" I then asked why did the lady just get her food when she came in after us. The girl just looked at me then turned around and ignored me. That's when I started called for a manager. The female manager comes up and asked me what my problem was. I then told her the same thing. At this point we are going on 30+ minutes waiting on one hamburger, one Arby's sandwich and two medium curly fries. She then said the hamburgers just came up. I'm sorry but it doesn't take over 30 minutes for hambers to cook! I then asked for my money back. The meal cost $16.29. The manager then gave me back $17.52. I tried to give the manager back the overage but she said she didn't know what the girl was doing but that's what we should be getting back. I said okay then. It's her shortage on a till not mine. I walked out. My husband was not a happy camper to say the least.

Read moreI went through the drive-thru. The employees were super friendly, but I wasn't impressed with the food I got, and thought it was a bit pricey for a fast food place. I got the brisket sandwich, which I couldn't eat because it was almost all fat. The curly fries were overcooked and hard. My cola was okay though.
Maybe I just caught them on a bad night. I may give them another try, but I won't be trying the brisket again because the experience was gross enough to really put my off that sandwich. There wasn't just 'some' fat...it was almost all fat. I probably wouldn't care for the curly fries even if they weren't hard because I prefer just regular fries. With BBQ, I think there needs to be something that isn't spicy served. But that's just me.
Again, the employees were very nice. I didn't check my sandwich until I was on the road and took a bite, and it wasn't worth going back. Also, my order arrived timely and was hot. Three stars for staff and service. Took off two stars because the product is food, and I didn't like it, at least what I ordered...
Read moreOnly come to this Arbys if you really have the extra time to wait, the drive through takes and extremely long time. Making the food doesn’t take long but they make you wait for an extended period of time at the speaker before they take your order. My order is consistently made wrong or just missing items almost every time I come through. Customer service from all employees here is extremely poor and they tell you that they can’t do anything for you when they make your order wrong. Going to this Arby’s would be very convenient being so close to my house but the long wait times and bad customer service is just...
