McDonald's — Restaurant in Enid

Terrible, rude, and the most God awful service I had ever experienced!!! I come from tough places where people would still show some professionalism to a degree. But here? Every time has been a nightmare. The drive-thru staff treat customers unprofessionally and disrespect customers completely. The sad thing is, it gets worse... the drive-thru staff even used fowl language, too. How could this place even stay in business? I'm very surprised and disgusted by this McDonald's. Apparently, this McDonald's is not owned by a corporate franchise because so many people (not just me) have complained about this particular McDonald's and NOTHING has been done to correct the numerous complaints. Remember the term, "customer is always right"? At this place, the customer is not only wrong, but also provoked, mistreated, and bullied essentially to never return. But I'm a trooper and I kept returning until I couldn't deal with such hostility anymore. I've noticed that the manager is not even concerned about the complaints piling up, and the manager also does not wear a name tag for identification purposes. Not professional at all and against company policy. Not exaggerating with this review. It's the truth. Please take time to read the other reviews posted that outline the complaints of this place. I believe this McDonald's is family owned. Any of you who reads the other reviews that mention that the service is not good, I will add this: BELIEVE IT. I would NOT give any stars to this nasty place where the management is awful and stands more for the staff than for the customers. Try a different McDonald's in the city, folks. Don't waste your kindness or energy on this place. It will only ruin your mood and your day. I just wish that the complaints from others including me could be addressed and that they change the manager on staff. Giving this store 0 stars in reality but it won’t let me post without giving at least 1.They’ll never have my business again! So stinking ridiculous and unprofessional! I walked in store to order breakfast and stood at the counter for 10 minutes and not 1 single person would take my order or even acknowledge that I was even standing there waiting patiently. They weren’t even busy! The whole time I’m standing there watching a woman wiping the counter making eye contact with her and yet she just continues to look down and not acknowledge that there’s a customer standing right in front of her. I can’t say that’s ever happened to me and it was very rude and awkward to say the least. There were 2 other people that came up to the counter as well, but they just pretended I wasn’t standing there. I made eye contact with 3 different people and not a single one greeted me or asked if they could help me, so it’s ok I guess. I’ll take my money elsewhere to someone that will actually take my order. So unprofessional and really frustrating and you lost a customer that’s been coming there for 30 years. Breakfast, 6:30am Sunday morning. After waiting five minutes in line for a couple in front of me, II wasted anther five minutes in the drive thru trying to get the attention if an employee, I decided to park and walk in. I parked and walked in to order to be greeted by no one and to find that I and the two cars I was behind were clearly being ignored in the drive thru (yeah, she was wearing a headset when I came inside, I was being ignored.)So I got the attention of the manager on duty and she told me they weren't open yet, but she would take an order. Even though there were four employees working in the grill and the drive thru where I waited for ten minutes for someone to take my order, she claimed nobody showed up to work and that's why no one responded in the drive thru. I thought it would have been nice to know BEFORE I waited so long being ignored She ended up taking my order for which I waited another 20 minutes for, not kidding, 20 minutes for a bacon, egg, cheese mcgriddle, 2 sausage egg mcgriddles, and 4 hasbrowns. To top it off, I got home excited to finally eat my bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle to find three sausage egg and cheese mcgriddles in the bag. I DONT DO SAUSAGE FOLKS. So who needs breakfast...
