Arby's — Restaurant in Ennis

I just ate there with my mom, dad, and little sister, our fries were all cold like they had been sitting out for hours. My chicken on my sandwich was cold. The soda machine sprayed water all over me when I tried to get my drink. My dad ordered a wrap WITH bacon. He got a sandwich with basically just mayo and turkey with half a slice of cheese and a single slice of tomato and WITHOUT bacon. He went up there twice and ended up just telling them to give him a refund. As we were walking up this girl and a guy with purple dreads were arguing who should take our order. The girl took our order and basically had no idea what she was doing. My dad ordered a LARGE fry and she put in two mediums and charged him for both of them. My mom put her 5$ off coupon on there and the girl that took our order said that she put a 3.49$ fry on there for the 5$ off. EVERYONE in there had to go back because they got everyone’s order wrong in some way. There were no little cups for the sauce and everyone had to ask for one. The manager was the only one that had a sense in her. Basically it was an awful experience, do not go there. At least not...

This location has a Monday $4.99 deal (probably for a limited time) which is a Roast Beef sandwich, crinkle or curly fries and a medium drink. Considering this is a regularly $9.49, THIS IS A DEAL! We ordered 2 combos and switched to Onion Buns and added cheddar ($0.50) each & ordered 4 Piece Mozzarella sticks for a total of $17.28. If your headed north on 45, this is a convenient stop, southbound will have you circling behind the restaurant to get back on which we have to do each time we visit but it's worth the drive as we live about 13 minutes away. Food is always fresh and the staff keeps this fairly brand new store clean. Oh, and we went ahead and got an Apple & Cherry turnover to go to!!! ;) ~CCG

Third time visiting this Arby's since it open usually stop on my way home from work. First time I stopped the food was really good the staff was really good everybody was really nice second time I've stopped they forgot to put the cheddar on the roast beef and cheddar sandwiches and looks like they just threw the meat all over the place on the sandwiches. Tonight makes the third time I visited and they forgot an order of my fries had to wait almost 15 minutes just to get my fries so the rest of my food was cold by then. The girl running the drive-thru was really sweet she was going to get me an order of fries but I'm assuming it was the manager yelled at her and told her no those are for doordash so I had to wait. Oh and also the two cups of cheddar that I ordered for a dollar a piece look like I may have got 10 cents worth of cheddar between both. Not sure if I will return at least not when that...
