I went into this restaurant less than a week before and gotten the green burrito. I thoroughly enjoyed the green sauce that was served with and because of this I decided to add it to other dishes. Once I ran out I returned back to the restaurant to buy more and asked for the same sauce. The older man told me that the burrito did not come with a sauce so I then just asked for a spicy green sauce. He asked me if I was sure several times and each time I simply answered yes. Then he shows me the description of the green burrito on the menu and says that it does not come with a sauce even though I had already told him that I was ok with whatever green sauce that they had. Upon him showing me the menu I read that it says that it is served with a spicy green sauce, like the one I had describedâŠ.I then re-read him the part of the description where it says this and he once again asks me if Iâm sure and goes to the back to grab the sauce to show me. I again tell him that yes this is the one I want. Overall, it should not be this hard to order something and i shouldnât be questioned several times after assuring that it is what I want. The whole exchange was weird and it was as if he didnât even know the menu that he was using to...

We've been ride or die Nortenos patrons for years. Unfortunately, we will no longer come to this restaurant. For the last 3 times we've gone, I've ordered fajitas. I've asked for lettuce leaves on the side instead of corn or flour tortillas. Happy to pay a premium for it. The waitress said she understood and each time she would get it incorrect. First time she brought shredded lettuce. 2nd time more shredded lettuce. 3rd time she put the fajitas on leaves so that they wilted by the time they got to me and on a plate instead of a fajita sizzle plate. Tried to go again and bring my own lettuce since they could never get it right. Was denied entrance too eat there.
We went to Daniel Scratch Kitchen right after and they had NO PROBLEM making my meal correctly. Unfortunately, my money will be spent at Daniels instead of Nortenos.
Nortenos staff is always nice and they are on top of your refills. Their food is a million times better than any other mexican restaurant in this town and their pricing is perfect. If you don't eat here you're missing out on some of the best foods and people around. If you like flavor that hits everytime, this is the...
