As this is our local Pizza Hut, we frequent this location. Over the years, the staffing issues have been apparent, but regardless, we continue to order because outside of the occasional wait we never have any issues. Today, was the exception. I arrived at approximately 1:15pm for my order that was to be ready at 1:20pm. I was asked to pull around the front and they would bring it out to me. No problem, I was early. I waited out front for approximately 15 minutes and they brought my order out. I didn't mind waiting, because I understand the nationwide staffing issues and it appeared that only two employees were on site. I did find it odd the boxes were barely warm to the touch, but didn't give it much thought. That was until I drove the 8 minutes home. As said, we've frequented this location, always ordering carryout and our order is always still hot after the 8 minute drive home. That was not the case this time. Our pizzas were lukewarm, at best. Add to that, I ordered an original pan pizza (additional charge) and received thin crust. I was still going to eat it. Irritated, yes. But everything else seemed to be correct. Until I bit into it, and realized that my request for no sauce was overlooked and instead, some kind of creamy white sauce was added. Truthfully, I was going to let it go, but with the toppings I ordered it just wasn't good. Add in the lukewarm temperature, my appetite was gone. I decided to call the store and asked to speak with the manager. I was told she was busy and could probably talk to me in 5 minutes. Thinking back to the fact that I only saw two employees, I informed the young man on the phone of the above errors in hopes that somehow this error could be corrected after paying $30 for two pizzas. Or maybe the correct pizza was left behind. Or I would be offered some kind of explanation. Instead, he sat silent and then hung up the phone. When I attempted to call back, my call was unanswered. As said, I completely understand the lack of staff and finding good candidates, and in recent years have dealt with long waits and errors on orders. It happens. Read moreWalked in a month ago and heard manager screaming at her employees, think i heard items being thrown in the kitchen as well. It was an older woman who was manager, believe she might have been store manager. No employee should be treated that way!!!!!! Thats harassment!!!!! Every employee should quit , walk out and file harassment charges!!!! I left as soon as i heard screaming at employees. She needs anger management classes! It was a serious unpleasant experience and i will never go back. Supervisors or district managers need to take action against a manager who verbally harasses their employees. Or maybe corporate thinks its alright to treat lower employees that way. Such a horrible situation to be stuck in, i feel sad for the employees. Read moreI just purchased 2 large pizzas and it is horrible. Not even edible. The meat is hard and crunchy. The sauce or meat is way way to salty. Worst pizza I have ever put in my mouth. I called to make a complaint and the lady that answered the phone was so rude. Finally the manager Dylan got on the phone and 1st told me that if I bring the pizza back in the store he would give me a credit. I have no problem taking pizza back but I thought due to the COVID I should not take it back in store. We do not have the virus but the staff there dosen't know that. I told him that I could not come back tonight but I could bring it back tomorrow and someone should come to my car and see it and then junk it in the outside dumpster. Then he changed his tune and said there is nothing he can do for me. Wow!!!!! Also, I could hear rude employees in the background saying we don't even have salt here. Regardless the product they are using is to salty and meat overcooked. The food they sold me is not fit to eat for us. The ingredients were old. What a horrible place to give my money to.
