We went through the drive through today at about 10 something. I ordered online and it wasn't to long after I ordered I went through the drive thru. Once we got to the window the wrong lid was on my son's summer aid drink so I asked her the right one. I handed her a drink, she took it and switched to lids with an attitude. when she came back and handed me the drink, she told me in a very snotty attitude, tactful voice that we needed to wait 10 minutes before we came through the line. What would be the difference if I would ordered it at the speaker or I would’ve ordered it online, right? The manager shift supervisor kept trying to get me to tell her what was going on when I asked her for a manager and I told her I would call back and speak to her because she was supposedly in a meeting, she hung up on me. very, very rude. In a meeting or not when you have a customer on the phone that has to make a complaint you stop that meeting and you go tend to that customer. This Starbucks has really gotten horribly bad. Read moreHannah was so friendly, we ordered our drinks wrong and got something we weren't expecting. They were so friendly and said they would be happy to remake our drinks. BUT IT GETS WORSE. I went back out to the car and was trying to show my girlfriend the cascading effect from the nitro stuff AND ONE OF THE COFFEES SPILLED EVERYWHERE. I was so frustrated, I went back in to order another coffee and Hannah asked if everything was ok, I replied I had spilled my coffee and was ordering another one. She offered to remake it but I replied it was my fault it spilled. She happily insisted one making me another one, and completely gave me faith in humanity once more. Exemplary customer service, the employees working were all super kind especially 5 minutes from close. You really don't see this in the world anymore and I wish more places were like this. 5/5...

Also the guy at the window handled money from the person in front of me and when I pulled up to get my order he was rubbing his hand all around the lid to secure it. So after driving off and taking the lid off I take a drink and realize it's not my order. I also didn't receive a receipt. I didn't ask for one but my usual place folds it and hands it around the cup but when I checked it wasn't there. I did go ahead and drink the coffee they gave me it was good.
