Jack N Box on Decatur and Tropicana also the Jack N The Box on Blue Diamond are both FRANCHISE I've been too, Many of different times of the days, every day of the week and there employees are just rude unless your Mexican they only hire there own raise there all 110% Mexicans and the main manager used to be on Decatur and Tropicana And I Come To Ecknowledge that there Manenger for Blue Diamond and Decatur is the same and both FRANCHISE both have the same in welcomed unfriendly ATMOSPHERE and I love Jack In The Box I Won't No Longer Ever Step foot in those two locations even if those were the only two on this universe. The only employee that is extremely nice RESPECTFUL hospitality is a employee by the name of Alex he works from which ever closer's begin there shift's..

Now there are a few Jack N The Box FRANCHISES that I Actually Find ok, pleasingly to go and have a breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner at and those would be #1 location on Sand Hill N Flamingo #2 location Tropicana N Dean Martin they never roll there eyes because I Ask For A Side Order of Onions and pickles there promptly on there orders, there hospitality is Good not Great I Don't well I haven't been fortunate to have the opportunity to get to experience A 110% well rounded JackNThe Box FRANCHISE It's Honestly a Shame when An individual has been One who has/had Visited A JackNThe box Each And Every Day And At Times could've been more then that one time daily sometimes I have Visited an establishment more then once daily and I'd always get 2 of there $1 Chicken sandwiches with side of Onions and pickles with a ranch. I do ask for the pickles NOnions on the side due to the true Honest Saddened Fact that The 2 Establishment's #1 on Tropicana N Decatur And the #2 Is located on Blue Diamond and Dean Martin Those 2 Locations would have such a issue and would state that they put the extra on the chicken sandwich it self and I'd open up my Sandwich to place the Ranch on it and it never failed there'd be if I was lucky 2 tossed on and the butt of the pickle and maybe 3, to 4 Onions and again it would be the rough part of the onion not like just nice diced onions and it never was a day that went by were the manenger even employees weren't RESPECTFUL, pleasant, I always would recieve dirty looks unpaticent sying as like when you make that noise while rolling your eyes cause someone is going extremely slow anyhow so I'd never recommend those 2 locations To anyone..

I have been calling this number to no avail. On July 1, at 10:31 am I went to the drive thru, Anne, as I was told her name is, I could barely hear her, said what can I get you, I said good morning she said nothin I said it again to which she could barely be heard, morning I said that is more like it, I gave her my order I said thank you, nothing was said, I got to the window, a very nice young girl greeted me with a smile, I said you can not be the person who took my order she said no I asked for that persons name she seemed scared to give me the name, I told her you can give me her name she said Anne, I said she’s very rude and unprofessional!! The young girl looked scared, she then went to get my order this Anne came around the corner grabbed the bags and practically threw them at me and slammed the window!!! I could not believe this, the young girl looked at me I motioned her to come to the window she did I told her where is she I said call her, Anne came to the window I told her how rude and unprofessional she is that she needs to be retrained, her customer service is the worst I have ever had, she said I am nice and you have a nice day wth I said that I was calling corporate which I have tried everyday to no avail, no one answers your phones!! Honestly this person needs to be trained on customer service she woke up on the wrong side of the bed, her boyfriend must’ve broke up with her I don’t know but do not treat customers...

My review a year ago is no longer relevant.. since I cant post a new review I am bound to fix this one. This place has gone down hill, both in food quality, and in service, the latter being more pronounced as their food is probably just going downhill as the company cuts costs in product quality with more fillers etc. I dont know if I'll be returning to this location at least.. I pulled up to get some food, see the sign still says open 24 hours, I go around to the window when noone answers at the box. Eventually an older hispanic lady opened the window, yelled "WE'RE CLOSED" and slammed it shut and locked it as i was trying to ask when they'd be opening back up. We don't talk to people like that here, not in Vegas. I called the number on the window to let their manager know what happened, but reached a cell phone with an odd talking call screener software of some kind, left a message.
