What's up with Chick-fil-a in Las Vegas? This chain has been the gold standard for excellence in their industry for quite some time but this is now the second location in Las Vegas that has fallen far below expectations for us. The other location I won't dine with again but this one was less egregious. Due to the pandemic, we've hit the drive-through here many times but had never dined in until yesterday. To be fair, the food quality was completely up to their high standard and their drive-through service has been as well. The dine-in experience though? Not so much.
The first problem is that they refused to help my wife with her rewards points. She eats there a lot and has quite a few. She wasn't even trying to redeem them, just claim the points for our dinner purchase. They flat out refused to help her and told her she wouldn't get them after we spent $40 on our meal. No real explanation was offered other than she should have presented her card earlier in the transaction. When using the drive through, they ask you for the app and make sure it is entered.
Secondly, this restaurant was dirty and gross. Every garbage can was overflowing to the point that we had to just leave our stuff on our tray and set it on the garbage can because we were unable to fit it into the tiny hole on top of the cans which had garbage flowing out of it. This wasn't just one garbage can, it was all of them. There were no paper towels in the men's room and none of the tables had been wiped. We were in the building for more than half an hour and didn't see anyone wiping tables at any point during our time there. We had to wipe our own table and there was a pile of garbage left on the table next to us. We did however, see a bunch of employees sitting at another table laughing and having fun together.
The good news is that there are other great chicken joints in town that have comparable pricing when taking portion sizes into account. I personally recommend North Towne Chicken and Houston's Hot Chicken. Both have awesome food, friendly and helpful employees as well as...

Yes, cold. Unfortunately it's the closest one to my office, so if I want it, this is where I have to go. That being said, I'm done eating here for Breakfast AND lunch. Every time I come here, I am in line for 15-20 minutes MINIMUM! The line is half that of other locations, yet more than twice as slow. I've been to this one 5 times now hoping it was just a fluke and they'd get better, but they haven't. Got there around 640 today. My office is 1 minute away. Needed to be there by 7 and I was LATE!!! This is unacceptable in every way. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the staff is friendly. For the longest time, Chik-fil-A was the only ones that could manage two lines full of people at a faster rate than McDonald's. Why this location can't figure that out with HALF the drive thru traffic is beyond me. I'm done going here. I can't keep spending my entire lunch/morning in a drive thru. Figure it out guys!!! However, this morning I was next to it so I figured I would stop and grab breakfast, get in line at roughly 10:22 with 1 car waiting ahead of me in my line and 2 cars waiting in the line next to me (if you donāt know chick fil a has a cut off for breakfast at 10:30). The worker doesnāt finish taking the order heās on and move to the car ahead of me until 10:29, meanwhile the worker in the line next to me has finished his orders, and is sitting on the side doing nothing rather than taking the orders of people who are waiting. They then switch workers in my line and take the order of the car ahead me. Get to my car at roughly 10:36. I tried to order breakfast and am told the canāt serve it anymore, when I explain the situation Iām met with āyeah, sorry we canāt serve itā. This is not the only time this chick fil a has far missed expectations Iāve had for chick fil a, Iāve been given wrong orders twice, had missing food, and once sat for 5 min trying to get a receipt from them.
