I recently visited this location to test out a new bed that I am interested in buying and had a horrible experience. I currently own an i8 bed but looking to upgrade to a king sized bed. When I arrived to the store my boyfriend and I immediately started looking at the bed we are interested in buying as the two associates working were with other customers. Once Bob had finished up with the couple he was helping he came over and greeted us and asked us how he could help. We were very transparent with him and told him that we were working with a rep that helped us to buy our first bed and she had quoted us on the new bed but we needed to head to the store and try it and test it to make sure we were satisfied with it before ordering it. He proceeded to ask us how he could earn our business instead of going through her. He offered us $50 off of the quote our rep had sent to us in order for him to earn our business. We told him that we already had it in the works with her but we just wanted to see the bed before placing the order. He proceeded to tell us that they are commission based employees and that if he can’t earn our business then we would need to call our rep if we had any questions regarding the bed and that if someone else comes in the store he will be working with them instead of wasting his time with us. Read moreWhat an amazing experience. We worked with Bob after calling in for an appointment. Store is clean and adhering to established safety protocols, and everyone in the store greeted us in a professional and courteous manner.
We tried out the different functions on the different models of beds, and got our 3-D sleep image sent over to us during the demo. The demo area was clean and well kept. Bob did an excellent job answering all our questions and helped us select the perfect product for us. We tried several different models and were given the benefits and "pluses" of each bed and mattress.
During the purchase, Bob walked us through how everything would work for delivery and the various accessories we would need, including sheets and mattress protectors for our FlexFit 3 king bed. (Trust me, get their sheets for the bed, the knock offs available online do not work and will disrupt your sleep!). Delivery turnaround was very fast and efficient, I can't say enough good things about the bed and the shopping experience.
These beds do cost a fair bit more than the average bed, but consider what your sleep is worth, the benefits long term outweigh the up front cost. This product is well worth the extra money...
Read moreWe bought a bed from Sleep Number over Presidents Day Sale. Got a great deal because the bed was 50% off. We paid them $7000 in cash for our bed. However, they told us we needed the controllers and they were back ordered. No problem. We've been calling since March to check the status. Finally this week they were in. We asked if they would ship to us. But their reply was total B.S.. We were told we had to pay $49 for each controller. When we told the man that no one ever told us you have to pay for the remotes, their solution was to just download their app and control our bed with the phone. Not convenient. I had 2 family members ready to buy this exact bed, so now they've lost $14,000.00. Just because they can't provide a remote to each of us? They're willing to lose sales and continuous bad reviews, that's on them. I've sure never bought a TV and had to pay for the remote. Be honest with your client. Oh, you might want to tell the Manager at our store to call his clients back when we've been told he would.. He's never available. This is the first negative review I've ever written.
