The customer service at this place may be fantastic for in person orders, but to go orders are another story. This is my third unsatisfactory order from them, all to go. The first, they put bananas on my daughter's plate despite clearly stating that there is a banana allergy (i was able to call and speak to a kind lady, she said she would make sure that there were none). The next time, I had a $10 off reward, yay! I could not redeem online, so I called and asked if I could print out and redeem in person. The gentlemen to whom I spoke advised that it sounded like a computer problem and he's not a computer guy. I again, asked if I could bring in a paper coupon printed or to redeem, to which he replied " I already told you miss, I'm not a computer guy, I can't help you." I was disappointed, why earn rewards of your can't redeem them?
We decided this morning to give them another shot (their food is awesome). I tried calling to order, they advised to place order online via recording. When ordering, they ask you to select the next available delivery time, which I did. Our delivery slot was about half an hour ago, no update to tracking. Tried calling numerous times, they are "unable" to answer the phone on the weekend, which is absurd. Can't cancel and can't get ahold of anyone for update. Will not be back.
Update: food just arrived 42 minutes after excess delivery time, delivery driver advised the broken yolk lost the order causing delay. Outreach might have been nice?
On top of that ONE item ordered was correct. I paid for a waffle that can't be eaten (should have learned the first time, I know), a blueberry pancake that I didn't receive and kids meals that were assigned sides that I did not order. My avocado toast has ZERO seasoning and none provided. I highly regret my decision to order here again, although I did finally get to redeem my...
Read moreI've visited The Broken Yoke in Las Vegas twice now, and it's quickly become my go-to spot for breakfast or brunch. Nestled within the vibrant Town Square, it offers not only an exceptional dining experience but also a great location surrounded by a plethora of shopping, dining, and entertainment options.
During my recent visit, our server, Will, was outstanding. His knowledge of the extensive menu and helpful suggestions in each category greatly enhanced our dining experience. The menu's diversity is impressive, catering to a wide array of tastes. Additionally, the manager's personal visit to our table to ensure our satisfaction and extend their gratitude for our patronage was a heartwarming touch.
The restaurant's ambiance is versatile and welcoming, with three distinct seating areas: a lively bar known for its colorful brunch concoctions, a cozy main dining area, and a semi-enclosed patio equipped with heaters and misters, making it comfortable regardless of the season.
As far as the food, on this trip we opted for the Cali Breakfast Burrito – a delightful mix of scrambled eggs, bacon, cheddar, homefries, and avocado, all wrapped in a flour tortilla. This hearty dish was accompanied by Mexican rice, refried beans, and salsa fresca, creating a perfect blend of flavors and textures. My partner enjoyed the Caprese Benedict, a unique twist on a classic with its combination of arugula, fresh mozzarella, tomato, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, and a pesto basil drizzle, all served atop a toasted English muffin.
A particularly notable feature for tech-savvy diners is the integration with Google Maps. You can check the current wait times and even add yourself to the waitlist right from the app. This convenient feature is a game-changer, especially given the restaurant's popularity and potential...
Read moreWe visit this restaurant this morning. Typically, I do not review, except when service is excellent or horrific. Sadly, this experience was the latter. We were a group of three and ordered: chicken and waffles, Smoked salmon with a fruit side and a classic avocado toast, one lemonade, one cafe latte and regular coffee. It was my first visit although my friend loves the food at this restaurant and was the one who recommended we ate there. The bus person brings the order: the avocado toast was wrong, and the egg Benedict was wrong, no fruit side, and no coffee latte. The runner kindly took the plate back to correct them. 7 minutes later the server comes back in a rude manner he asked us: IS EVERYBODY HAPPY NOW?! still no coffee late ( already been there 20 minutes). I asked for my coffee latte in quite an educated manner. Always say please and thank you. Mind you, the restaurant was pretty empty. He never took our dirty plates out of the table. When I ask for the check, he just drop the bill on the table ( with the little credit card machine) and never stop again by our table. I had an issue and my written receipt was not print, but since the server was so atrociously rude i was hesitant to ask for a payment receipt, just in case he might scold or scream at us. On the good side, my smoked salmon egg Benedict was delicious ( lots of arugula) and my teenage son loved his waffle and chicken. Unfortunately, the service made the whole experience a negative one, more so because the place is supposed to be a cheery, upbeat atmosphere. All in all, if Im going to have a good smoked salmon benny and get scream at,...
